Usually gets you a fee green card for the final game. 79.95 for our Bingo last week. Not cheap anymore. If you split a jackpot it is hardly worth it anymore.

Sorry for the loss of your Father.
Good to see Royal Caribbean do the right thing.

We are booked directly through the website. Denied because we booked the cruise after final payment was due
Ya, it should be honored I would think. It meets the definition of a new booking.

I have not cruised on RCL before but we do have 2 cruises booked at the moment... one in September this year and the Icon next September. The standard customer service and special needs departments have been great, but the casino group, not so much. It's not a huge issue and obviously won't stop us from cruising with them, but it does leave a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
I booked this cruise at the beginning of August, after final payment was due and it's paid in full. When I booked it, I knew that I had MyRewards points and was able to get $100 obc from the casino department. After I booked the cruise, I went ahead and redeemed the MyRewards, got my voucher and sent it in. I heard nothing for over a week, so I resubmitted it and haven't heard in about another week. So I decide to call them. Crown and Anchor actually kind of gave us an upgrade on our service without us even asking. She was great, but then she transferred me to the casino dept. Casino dept says we can't use the MyRewards because it is after final payment... There is no mention of this in their t&c. The main restrictions are only 1 per sailing, must be redeemed within 30 days and within 30 days of booking, and finally sailing must be within a year.
Is this true? Is there anything I can do to get this OBC? Are they like Carnival in that the answer depends on the rep that answers the phone? Or am I just left with a little bad taste in my mouth?
TIA
You cant combine casino offers if you booked the cruise through Casino royal. If you got the casino rate and tried to use a My rewards certificate they will not allow it. that has been my experience in the past.

We start at the beach for a few hours, eat, and then head to the pool for the fun atmosphere.

Apparently they are taking something from Flight on Symphony where the plane flies out over the audience and extending that concept to their Oz production.
Dorothy is going to fly over the audience followed closely by the wicked witch chasing her, also flying out over the audience.
Hopefully TOTO doesnt have an accident on the crowd below

Have sailed Allure 4 weeks in the last year. She is one of my 2 or 3 favorite ships I have ever sailed on.
Sailing on her 9/10 to complete the final Oasis class ship on our resume. Looking forward to it.

Just made ice show reservations on Oasis. The ice show is one of the most popular events and oftentimes the arena fills up.
Also made reservations for Cats, one of our favorite shows!🙂
They are also taking reservations for Cats for those that want to be woken up during the show.😏

Forgot to say we were on the Paul Gauguin not a Royal ship.

Not a big fan of Jet ski tours but if it is offered its spectacular/ You really get a good glimpse of the island and you do go to a nice motu for a picnic and swimming.

Which port are you at? Directions and prices are different for Port of Roatan.
The day pass rates do fluctuate according to season in the past but I haven’t seen reports of that recently.
C-LEG going out of Coxen in Roatan. Booked the AI in Cozumel as well at Allegro. Any tips or have you heard anything good or bad at that resort

This was my original post, so I wanted to come back and report what we did. It was an easy walk outside the security gate. As soon as we walked over the hill there was a guy asking where we were going, we told him IB and he told us which guy was our driver. We walked across the street and our driver was there with a IB logo on his shirt with our names on a piece of paper. It was about a 40 min drive there, but it was in a van, with just our party of 5(both ways). I had arranged our day direct with the resort and they arranged the transportation. We were at Mahogany Bay so it was $35 per person that we paid to the driver in cash when he took us back after our day. We paid the resort directly $30 per person for the day pass. It got you a welcome drink with that. Another important thing that I caught was Roatan time was 2 hours different from our ship time, so make sure to check your pickup time. They are on central time, but do not observe daylight savings!
KLPALP, We have the same thing booked for our September cruise. thanks for the update. We were quoted 50.00 total on our confirmation. not sure if it went up or if they will honor the price they gave us. Any tips on where to head and what to take advantage of at the property? Any food and or drink suggestions. Thanks for your help . Dan

We have done several day passes on all the islands and a few different ones on Nassau. This was by far the worse of any of the ones we did. Food options were not very good and the drink prices make you feel like your stealing on the ship. The beach area designated for this "excursion" is not very nice. We thought we would try it once just to check out the property and we will not be back.
If you are bringing kids and want to let them try out the slides maybe. Adults head to the Riu for the best value and a decent beach. Margaritaville is a bust as well. Sandals was the place to go until they jacked up the day pass up to crazy prices. Opinions only of course. Dan

Worth going for sure. We always pay as we go. Use to be around $20 to get in. Was never crowded so that was a big deal for us. The pool is gigantic. Bar and restaurant service is great. So is the food. On the best part of that beach. Pictures - 1/2 of the pool Taken from the little bridge that goes over it.; Beach front ; picture from Grand Roatan Resort showing the resorts and beach area ; my MIL enjoying it ; the monkey la la drink. Each bar on the island does it a bit different. I tried many.
Thanks so much. Any tips on getting there?
80.00 too much you think for all inclusive correct? Pictures are awesome!!

30+ minutes depending on traffic and road conditions from Coxen Hole, longer from Mahogany Bay.
Check Google maps or Mapquest for routes and distance.
Thanks very much!! We will be on Allure of the Seas. Not sure were they dock. Would you say it is worth the trip and worth 80.00 per person for the all inclusive day pass?

RUDYARD, we were on this cruise as well. First time in ALL of our sailings that my wife and I both felt the beds where a bit harder than normal. Smoothest sailing that we could ever remember. The gulf of Mexico was flatter and bluer than ever. From the 12th deck balcony it looked like you could scoop up the ocean and eat it. Boarding the ship was a breeze. Leaving was a bit of a mess as I believe the WIFI in the terminal was down for a bit and delayed some things.
Unfortunately I came home and was LEVELED with Covid. Still in recovery mode. The wife went unscathed. Great trip overall.
