This is the very first time Wonder is sailing out of PC for her eastern/western run replacing Harmony. Everyone wanted to be on the first sailing from this port on the brand new ship. Totally expected to be packed...and it was.
Coming off the ship out of the terminal on Sunday, which was badly delayed due to old style customs check out with presentation to agents...it was just after 9 am when we got out of there. Felt like a salmon swimming upstream, there were so many pax (mostly families) who were crowding the area outside the terminal to board already. Sheeez....way too early people.
ISLAND, Have they added a broadway show to the ship yet. We sail 1/7 and just getting our ducks in a row. Dan

I could never get a straight answer from our cabin steward when we asked him what the worse thing is to put in the toilet. He just kept answering, Depends.

Portland, Maine also had a similar ballot question on Tuesday but it did not pass.
Failed miserably. I would have been pissed if they limited the ships in Portland. Really apples and oranges though. So much more access here in southern Maine. Better place to start off for excursions...It will definitely make the RCI New England trips less appealing. Bar Harbor is a nice stop.

It's not fear mongering, it's a fact. I love cruising but I still take precautions. I can't tell you how many people I've seen in the past before the pandemic that did not sanitize their hands on a certain cruise line that I won't mention here.
Ridiculous

John what a riot. Jill and I did this same itinerary in September and we went with 6326 (Perfect location) for our room. Easy to find coming up from guest relations to find the statue on the staircase. Great minds think alike I guess. No royalup success this time around. No luck in the casino but saw several payouts of over 10,000.00
The bank of machines in the center that are all the same paid out all week. Also saw a 10,300.00 pay out on a minimum bet on the single machine with the red, gold, and silver balls that pop up. Say hi to the wife and have a blast. We were sandwiched right between two hurricanes. Going over was pretty rough but felt ZERO on the way back. Did a day pass at Pompano Beach club for our full day in Bermuda and HIGHLY recommend it. Make some money in the Casino will ya!?!? Dan

I got about 2200 points on my last cruise and got a certificate for a free cruise on selected dates which I booked onboard at the nextcruise office, no problems there, it worked out great. Got the new invoice in the email a few days later with zero balance. But now I remembered that I had the MyVegas app on my old cellphone, I found it in a drawer and logged into the app and saw that I could purchase $100 worth of OBC. I did it and follwed the instructions to have it applied. But then I saw the small notice that said "This offer is not applicable to any Casino Royale promotional offers, Instant Reward Certificate, Interline Rates, Family & Friends, Charters, FAM cruises or group reservations"
I guess I am screwed but would still like to know if anyone else have had success in getting OBC from the MyVegas app to a comped cruise?
I have always tried and had it bounced back as "cant use two offers"

There were 12 people total for the whole day on the beach, when we went last Wednesday. Burger, quesadilla, fries, 3 drinks 80+ not bad at all. Day passes are VERY limited. The place was not crowded at all.

My wife and I did it last week and had an absolute blast. I do not recommend if stairs are a problem. The only access to the beach requires you to climb and go down several steep stairs. The beach had suffered some erosion from the last hurricane but it was still gorgeous. The food and drinks are EXCELLENT and the staff is fantastic. The best 40.00 dollars you will ever spend for a day pass and believe me we have done MANY!!
Pray that they are Spared the wrath of Fiona as a direct hit will be devastating!!

The latest version of the ferry schedule shows the Orange Route ferries have been cancelled through October, which means no service until next year.

Nothing like taking money out of the pockets of those merchants. My wife and I would have dumped a couple hundred over there for our 9/11 cruise like we always do. Looks like and extra day at horseshoe this year.
What piss poor planning to not have a backup plan to get people over there.

We received a refundable credit for $5.33 each because we had to leave Bermuda a day early.
Looks like you will be able to buy a gallon of gas when you get back home.😉

Some people stay with friends and family for a night, others drink way to many dark and stormy’s and can find their way back to the ship.😉

Do you have any pictures? I’m trying to get my wife to switch from side facing to this view. I think our kids would enjoy this view much better. Currently we are very close to the elevators and CK which my wife like for convenience and the ocean view.
Can you see the aqua shows at all from that cabin? Were you in the cabin during the day to know if the basketball court noise or screams from the abyss or zip line could be heard? We will need nap time each day and that is a concern. I would hope with the door shut there would be zero noise in the cabin.
Thanks for any info.
TOPNOLE, the kids will LOVE it as well as the both of you. Balconies seem a little deeper. Any room from center to the right towards the mini golf is spectacular. You can see the Aqua show rehearsals as well as the shows themselves. Great people watching and we had ZERO noise issues. We have done enough balcony/suite cruises from the side to know the view from the aft is unique in its own way and worth trying. We will book there again for sure. Its literally another 200 steps from the elevators with ZERO foot traffic down there. God knows the extra steps cant hurt during a cruise.
