  1. Awesome!!! Do you have a family Historian? I have pages and pages of my family on my mom's side. One of my brother's has been working on my dad's side of the family. I really have to sit down one day and make copies of our family history for our daughters.
  2. My granddaughter has to do an ancestry paper with the dates of her Great Grandparents. I told her I could go back pretty far with some of my ancestors, but it was not needed. After getting off of the phone with her, I looked at my dad's side of the family first...I remember mentioning quite a long time ago on this thread that I am related to the Hatfield's. My dad's Mom was a Hatfield. I can go back to my GGG Grandfather, Ale Alexander Hatfield, who was born in 1778 in Washington County, Va. My mom's family was (and some still there) from Amorbach, Miltenberg, Bavaria, Germany. My Grandfather and his siblings were born on Staten Island, I was 3rd generation Staten Islander, and 3 of my grandchildren are 5th generation Staten Islanders.

  6. I had a lovely lunch today with four of my friends from High School. Pecan crusted Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes....oh yum!!! Julienne vegetables, along with brussel sprouts. It was great touching base with everyone.😊
  7. There is so much stuff going around. Our grandson had Covid over a week ago. He was really down for the count! Hopefully your granddaughter's meds will have her feeling better in no time. Sore throats are miserable! Our grandchildren's elves have been very mischievous in the past!!!😉
  8. Exquisite!! I would definitely keep it up all year. I bet you will find the most perfect spot for it!! Wow..it's been a year already? RIP Bosley.
