  1. If you use chat with Princess on-line to book your Southampton transfers, be sure to make check that the agent is only adding the transfers. We booked the transfers and an hour later our EZ tickets were cancelled, and we were charged a penalty for cancelling so close to the trip. It was a very long and frustrating challenge to have Princess undue their mistake.
  2. Is there a # to call at Princess about paying for an upgrade, if the upgrade fairy has not called yet?
  3. With the plus package what is the price a drink can go up to before you have to pay the difference? My wife likes a martini with either Titos or Gray Goose, but didn't see anything listed for them.

  5. We uploaded our vaccination documentation about 5 weeks ago. The app says " approval still pending". How long should it take before you get the approval, and is there a special email or # to call with Medallion questions?
  6. On the Delta site I see the e ticket #, but it says "Oh no! We're sorry, we are unable to display a copy of your receipt at this time. Please try again later. Also on the Personalizer I don't see a line for the ticket # or our seats, which we got already from Delta. Should I be worried again?
  7. Thanks for all the comments and help. Our CVP at Princess finally got it resolved. They could not explain why the air was canceled. They obviously waived the cancellation fees and rebooked us on the same flight at the same rate, even though the air had gone up dramatically.
  8. The Princess rep had said that it was ticketed today. Then she was looking further and that it when she said that it was canceled.
  9. Thanks for the comments. I did speak to a supervisor in customer solutions, but she could not do anything, and EZ air is closed for the day. I emailed our CVP, but she won't see it until tomorrow. Checking with Delta to see if they can tell me anything is a good idea, and I will do that now.
  10. Has anyone taken the Rodne 2:00 fjord tour in Bergen? They say that they never get back later than 5:00, but our ship leaves at 6:00 and there was concern about the timing.

  12. Thanks, but I was not sure what the cancellation fees refer to. It says deposit fees, but the whole cruise is paid for. Cancel up to 30 days before you sail, and get your cancellation fees back as a Future Cruise Credit (FCC).
  13. We are staying in the center of London. How long does it take to get to Southampton and roughly what would be the price of a taxi or car service? Many thanks for suggestions
  14. We have a 17 day cruise in Sept Final payment was made a month ago. If we have to cancel the cruise do we get our full payment as future credit or what would we lose?
  15. We are going to be in Bergen at the beginning of September and looking at a Fjordcruise Bergen – Mostraumen We have never been to Bergen before and wanted to know if this would be a good tour to take and has anyone used Rodne?
