So was watching a Vlog on the Mardi gras , possibly the way the vlogger worded it. But they made it sound that if you have early dining in the MDR and didn't want to eat there on a particular evening but rather at say Chabang that you had to wait till 7:45 to make a reservation to eat that evening . This totally confused me. Especially if we are trying to eat a late lunch. Like is this the same as checking in on the app? I'm probably over thinking it but confused, lol

Loving This review so far!! We'll be cruising on the MG next week ( sounds fabulous saying that, lol) Been Reading and watching everything on this ship to pass the time! Preparing ourselves for a very full ship. Last cruise was in March and was out of Charleston on The Sunshine and well definatly not full. We were spoiled! But loving your review and pics!! Can't wait to see this giant ship in person, Breeze being our favorite.

We Cruised in March on the Sunshine after receiving offers for basically a free cruise. Living 1 1/2 hrs away driving there versas like you said 6 to Canaveral was great as well. The port is pretty sad, but we never really encountered any rudeness. But I can see like every where, everyone is short staffed. Nice reliving our cruise through your review, we've been on the Sunshine before and loved her. Gonna miss her being so close to home!

We were on the Sunshine in March and spent pretty much every nite at Alchemy. We loved Dusan , Zoltan and Evan! Especially we said " Do what ever you'd like " for a drink! They truly put on a show!

OOH TY!! I've been trying to figure out how to get my youngest daughters number and this worked!!

Thanks y'all for the imput I'll pass it along to him. We've had the drink package before and he has found many things he likes and doesn't ,that's the joy of the package. He just enjoys a classic every now and then.

So Asking for the hubby , he enjoys while cruising his Malibu and Coke, now that Carnival just has Pepsi products has anyone found a good Subsitute? Also we got the drink package so bringing our own soda we're defintaly not going to. Thanks for any help!

You always have the absolute best reviews!! The perfect blend of beautiful pics and commentary ! We'll be on the MG in 41 more days cruising the same islands as well . Definitly giving us more ideas of different things to do on these islands since we've been before ( especially the zipline, that I can't wait to do!) Also what did you thing of the Cruise director Lee? Never heard of him before , but he'll be ours as well.

I'll be turning Platinum on my next cruise ( the second day actually) will i qualify to do this as well ?

OMG they truly are!! We went for the first time to Buc-ee's in March on our way to WDW . Needless to say on the way home we stopped as well. Cruising in July on the MG , and Buc-cee's will be our first stop on the way to the Port!

WOOHOOO!!! Love all your reviews and been waiting patiently for this one on the MG! We'll be cruising on her in July sailing the same San Juan, DR, and Grand Turk. Can't wait for more to come!

Well thats how we booked it , hubby and one child in one cabin and myself and our other child in another. Both hubby and I will be turning platinum .

Now my other question, or possibly 2.. This cruise we'll be turning platinum . Can hubby and I go in that line at the terminal as well? Also cruising with our kids who will still be gold. Can they come with us in the Platinum line ?

Well this is a little encouraging. We're going in July So I'm sure its going to be full as well. I guess we shall see, lol

Those who have sailed out of Port Canaveral how insane is the wait in the terminal? Been watching videos and WOW looks quite busy! I know its a huge ship which equals alot of people. But curious how quickly it moves along. Also does it make that much of a difference if we can get an earlier check in or does it not really matter. Thanks for any info!
