Our turn FINALLY here! We depart Sunday Oct 25. Deal of a lifetime landed us in OWNERS SUITE 1648 directly across from CL. Have so very much enjoyed your review Jane and the gorgeous pictures! Looking forward to meeting Raj and getting one of his massages!

All this talk of perks soon to change for suite guests..wondering if currently internet use is included in suite or maybe some minutes comped for use at internet cafe

Fresh squeezed OJ is included with the Replenish and Ultimate packages on all ships. Additionally, some ships have fresh juice venues with other jucies available on those packages. Squeeze on Freedom class and Vitality Cafe on Oasis class come to mind.

So only way to get unlimited juices is to BUY them thru Replenish and Ultimate packages.

Read on another thread that both are only available FREE with breakfast. If you want at any other time it is an upcharge. Don't know if with of them is included in the non alcoholic drink cards. Anyone?

Soon to sail on Independence of the Seas. As I understand, ok to bring case of pop and or water onboard. Anyone know if we can bring 12 pack of juices like orange and tomato?

it depends when you book also.....i ended up getting such an amazing deal on hots for march 2017 when i booked it in april this year...that i booked 4 cabins for the entire family....the prices now have jumped :eek:.... Our average price for two was $1790.00 (inc taxes & gratuities) for the last 4 aft boardwalk cabins...i was and am thrilled and can't wait to surprise my family with this 2016 xmas present :d

Bridge tour, galley tour, replacing lost seapasses, booking sold out excursions, unknown charge on our bill, cabanas, dining reservations / change dining times.

Oh boy! I hope I know how to log out correctly. Wouldn't be surprised if I screw up, but would be crushed to lose my minutes.

That is exactly what happened to me. If you log off incorrectly the clock keeps going and depletes your minutes. It then goes on for another 15 minutes billing your sign and sail .79 per minute. Simply go to the internet cafe when manager on duty and he will reset your minutes and refund your sign and sail for the extra charge.

Thanks so much for the review that shows all the sights of fantasy and the ports visited. We will be sailing her with our family including our children and their spouses along with the grandchildren in March of 2016. Specifically chose Fantasy as we can all drive to port and save on airfare. Plus ship is smaller in size and easier to get around.

Just returned from sailing Royal 10 days ago. Also from the Ohio tundra and it just keeps getting worse! We are in Canton area and expecting 6-8 inches more of the stupid white stuff on Sunday. Will be reliving our days aboard Royal thru your review. Thanks for taking the time to do this!

If you google Freedom of the Seas and scroll down to USAToday , there is a large article about the ship with photos of the OS . The balcony pics show the lounge chairs without cushions. Robyn , your photos were outstanding.

Sailing Independence of the Seas Oct 25 and was able to snag owners suite at unbelievable price with pretty good OBC. From what I have read here on CC and the RCCL site there are quite a few perks that go along with this category. Anyone been in this particular cabin or other in same category that has pictures to share and personal thoughts?

You can track the Fantasy's GPS position & progress on any cruise and see both the forward and lido cameras at http://ships.carnivalentertainment.com/#ship/carnival-fantasy/cameras

 

This way you can look on your smartphones or computers to see when she gets "really" into port so you can plan accordingly.

500 passengers of any group will tend to take over a ship!:eek:

Should always check for partial charters, just like anything else if it bothers you!

Indy is huge as all of us are aware. We too are booked on the Oct 25 sailing. But not as part of the LGBT group but rather as part of a group of 300+ folks cruising together thru our travel agent who is sponsoring the week and traveling with us. I certainly don't believe we will "take over" the ship any more than the other group will!

7 day cruise with stops in San Juan, St Maarten and St Kitts.

We will be sailing with a group sponsored by our travel agent on Oct 25. Amazing pricing ..So much son that we booked an Owners Suite. Can't wait!

Thanks everyone for all the great information here as we sail Royal Princess in a week and stopping in Grand Turk. Never been there before and was wondering what all there was to do. Love the fact that it is a small island and a beach and recreation area so close to pier.
