We are meeting in cruise terminal today at 9.00 am for Dhow cruise...will be a sign with Duncan.

There was dinner & show provided with free camel rides and henna tattoos .

We had a 3.00 pm tour with ABC tours Dubai for $50 p/p for desert safari & dinner,we all had a great time xnd returned to the ship aroung 9.30 pm.

The Horizon spent 1 night and two days in Dubai port before leaving tonight for Khsab.

The Waves white & black get access to the waves lounge on deck 8..it's very nice and cosy..I was told 38 guests havd access to lounge,you get the samd drink perks as everyone onboard,no free extras unless your waves black.

We received our black wristbands at check in which allows choice of higher grade drinks without the surcharge.

Our cabin,Grand Suite is very nice.

Check in was very quick and we were onboard 30 mins later,there was a hard sell on upgrading the drinks package to premium and buying the water deal.We are in a suite and get those perks included so didn't bother with upgrade at the port.

Pullmantur changed my cabin # because our cabin #1068 had a technical issue,not sure what that meant.

There seems to be mostly Spanish onboard. 

Cruise Day.

We arrived at Port Rashid at 11.00 am for check inn,there were several ships in port.Msc,Costa,Aida and the beautiful QE2 docked across the port.

We all made it to Dubai on schedule..see you all onboard.

Weather looks good.

Looks like we are last to leave...2.00Am Friday morning.

Lucky Emirates offered us a payed business upgrade.

I've had a cancellation with some of our tours.

I've got room for 2 on our Petra & Wadi Rum private tour $195 p/p...van size 8 people with guide.

Dubai city tour & Burg Kalifa tickets for 2 people on the Sunday $75 p/p.

Unfortunately my Aussie mate has some medical issues to attend too and can't make it.
