We have 2 booking numbers for 2 cabins. Only one of the bookings has received the email saying the medallions have shipped. Has anyone ever received their medallions without the prior email notification?

We will be flying from Orlando to Toronto with a 3 hour layover then on to Vancouver all on the same airline. Will we need to collect our luggage in Toronto and go thru customs at this point?

So glad you asked this question! I am in the exact same position. Hopefully once we are ticketed we can pick our seats. Do you know if you have to pay additional to pick the seats?

Sadly, my travel agent passed away last week. She was a single agent franchise owner. I have an open booking thru her for a Princess Alaskan Cruise/tour in August 2023. I have reached out to the franchise company and am waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone had this or a similar experience and if so, what did you do and how did it turn out? Thank you!
