We're supposed to sail on November 6th, but the "what ifs" are kicking in, and we're considering cancelling. Thankfully, we have another sailing booked in January 2022, so the additional wait won't be too long.

we  are booked on this  cruise  and  will go  unless it gets  cancelled.  we  havent  cruised since November of 2019  and   November is  a month we  need  to  get away

I think these posts go right to the heart of the issue of Florida v CDC lawsuit.  People will accept guidance and advice about whether or not to cruise, but ultimately it is up to the individual whether or not to follow the advice.  Big brother shouldn't be dictating our options.  I want to get advice from my own doctor, not be dictated to by bureaucrats in Atlanta.

We still plan  to  cruise.   I'm  adult  capable  of making  decisions  that are   in my best interest,   several years ago I had major  surgery  less than a month before  the  cruise , my  surgeon  said  it was the best  way  to relax and  recoup.

  5. Another thing to keep in mind  for your  upcoming trip  are the travel restrictions that are still in place.  Travel  to  the UK  is still HIGHLY restricted.   Keep on top of what is going  on  to find out  what the latest is, when you need to arrive, if you need to quarantine when you arrive, and  what testing is  required.

I think they may be taking a wait and see attitude about some of these cruises to see what the CDC does about changing the November date it is not set in stone

We were looking at this cruise as well,  the  way my TA  explained it is  because  it starts  before the  restrictions  are over ( no  cruises longer than 7 days)   and  ends on US  soil  the CDC regulations come into play.    Now  looking into the  TA  from  Rome,  gets us  to  another continent (  Africa)
