  1. Nobody has ever seen Saint Greg and Waldo in the same place. He's an International Man of Mystery. Harder to find than a Golden Duck on a Cruise Ship
  2. Prediction No. 1: Will get lost on Day 1 searching for Alchemy Bar Related Inquiry: Does NCL have a 15 drink maximum?
  3. The original poster has a point. Carnival and RCCL have gone full throttle family cruise experience and this changes the nature of the cruise experience. Its no coincidence that these cruise ships are built with a full amusement park on the LIDO deck but don't have room for a dedicated nightclub. A lot less late night action every time I go on a cruise these days. Things pretty much a shutting down at mid-night. It didn't used to be like this
  4. Carnival introduces a great concept -Havana Vista Class-and then drops the ball. This is why we can't have nice things. Just got back from Vista and an Aft Balcony which is probably the only reason I would sail Carnival in the future. Or at least until they solve the lack of available pools for 5,000 cruisers
  5. For you Weight Watchers-I jokingly asked and was told by a bartender that there a 27 calories in each straw. I actually think they are delicious
  6. I breezed from Downtown Houston to Galveston without a single traffic back-up today (Friday) at about 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Shocking!!! I've probably driven that stretch 30 times and that has never happened. First 30 miles appeared to be new construction with 4 lanes. Now 30 miles into Houston was no cakewalk but expected
  7. "The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives and the Dream shall never die." -Texas Teach's Debarkation Speech
  8. I forgot to read the fine print of your Carnival Cruise Contract-usually I read EVERY WORD before checking the Box
  9. Well I guess those Carnival cruise brochure promises of 7 sunny days cruising the Caribbean are a LIE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! (or your money back-that would nice)
  10. I don't want to put any pressure on you, but you do realize we all turned down the opening of the Adventures of Barbie and Ken to follow you
  11. Impressive to get the Red Card* before sunset *obligatory Women's World Cup reference. I was on RCCL during the Men's World Cup and their AguaTheater was packed
  12. I guess Amsterdam decided your recent visit was the final straw. Thanks
  13. Was he under oath? I'd refuse to answer on 5th Amendment grounds.
  14. I was actually asked to interview for that movie by the author Thad Matula but I never followed up. The funniest part of that show is that you might notice that Thad included an archival interview of his Dad Professor David Mutula, who was also part of the SMU faculty, and gave some vicious quotes about the corruption in college football. Nice choice by the author.
  15. You might have quessed (Stallion) but I actually worked for the SMU athletic department in the Mustang Mania days when SMU was the best team monney could buy. I was fraternity brothers with 2/3rd of the Pony Express - McIllheney and James although James later quit to co centrate on FB.My mom taught at SMU. Never missed a game in over 50 years but I'm done with college athletics and the professional era. Now everybody can do what Smu did 50 years ago.
  16. s Richar As Richard Pryor would say: "I BELEVE the [Lobster] Boy has -PO-TEN-TIAL]
  17. If anybody meses with Lobster Boy at that Deck Party, HelloItsMeB be like:
  18. You forgot the world famous Caribbean Cruise Most Valuable Cruiser ("MVC") aka Stallion The first one with the name of the high school gets a drink on TexasTeach as long as they are in the vicinity
  19. I notice that HelloitsmeB seems to check-in more with each TexasTeach slots win. Coincidence?
