Guess my “show mania” got the best of me. But you’re right. I should have just let it go.

Not a chance. But trust me, it isn't hard to figure out who the NYers are down here. Not sure I buy cancelling shows two weeks out due to weather. But that does appear to be the story NCL is spreading. We planned our specialty dining reservations around the show times that we wanted to see so even if this is the case, it still could have been handled better. I guess we will see. Thanks for the info!

I was scheduled to see them twice, Monday at 10PM and Friday at 10PM. Have the beverage package so don't need additional free beer. It will be dark at 10PM, so unless the aurora is out not too much to see. Not sure why you felt the need to chime in.

We're scheduled the next week (Departing 10/22) received the same email today. Wow. NCL continues to provide less and charge more. May be time for us to consider other cruise lines in the future.

It isn't chump change, but it also isn't enough for the dramatic "I'm never sailing NCL again" reactions from some people either. At the end of the day when I am planning my vacation, a discretionary expense of $150 over a two week period isn't really a factor. I get disappointment at the new charge, but changing cruise lines over it seems a tad over the top to me.

Why all the uproar? Breakfast delivered to your cabin including as many pots of coffee as you like for less than the price of a single cup of Starbucks. That is chasing some of you away from NCL?
