    Hi. no more free drinks in the Diamond lounge. you have to use you daily drinks vouchers which are no longer paper vouchers but pre loaded onto your seapass.

    The cruise you are talking about was not 4 days but 7 days it was the cruise for the Performing arts and was actually a charter.

    Hi. what is described as a full suite? We are in a loft suite on Symphony soon. is this classed as a full suite? I was not aware we would be eligible for drinks free of charge without a drinks package. IAN

    Hi. i was hoping you might be able to help me. we are staying @ hyatt olive 8 and are struggling to get any information as to where we can pre-book a P.C.R test near to our Hotel for our Grandaughter who requires it to board the Ovation on the 29/07/2022 we fly in 26/07/2022 any help or advice would be much appreciated.     We are three days from our cruise and it is showing Pending with the Modify it Cancell option still there. first time bidding for us. if it gets accepted well done. if not we will be happy with our original selection.
