I emailed them and was told this is "new requirement" starting about a month ago. We used Dyea Dave more than 10 years ago, for very similar route (going across Canadian border) and I don't remember giving tour operator passport information. We brought our passport with us, of course.

I am wondering what's considered "good itinerary"? I thought Glacier Bay is a must, which OP's itinerary still has it. How do you know the inside passage is taken out? Because it doesn't say on the itinerary, or?
