Don't worry about luggage tag colours or even not having any. You can show up at the port with no tags and the porters will make you some on the spot when you drop off your luggage. It's really not an issue.

Usually refunded on your onboard account. Last march on the Joy we missed Cozumel due to propulsion problems and the same day we were credited a few bucks on our accounts.

For anyone who has done a recent B2B in a US port, how does NCL handle C19 testing for the second leg of the cruise? I've read conflicting info on FB groups with some saying NCL no longer tests for the second leg and others saying it's still being done onboard the last full day. Thanks!

That's because the ArriveCan you filled out is linked to your passport number. When you check in to the self service booth and/or agent at the airport customs hall they already know you filled it out or else you get flagged. The personnel in the airport checking are just making sure you don't cause delays in the customs hall by not having your ArriveCan filled out.

It's unlikely you'll be able to make usable wifi calls or facetime on the ship. The ship's wifi is painfully slow (speeds barely abode dialup). It uses an older technology of satellite internet which has very limited bandwidth, slow speeds and extremely long lag (don't bother paying for "premium" internet, it's not really faster)­. The ship also has a proper cell tower which uses "satellite phone at sea" service which is usable, but is extremely expensive (around $5 a minute and insane data rates) and is not included in 99% of mobile phone plans.

The Bliss! It's the Breakaway+ class ship where NCL finally got everything right.
