We just finished our cruise on the Liberty of the Seas and are going again in April of 2017. We saw Saturday Night Fever and enjoyed it. Will there be a different Broadway type show next spring or will Sat Night Fever still be running? Perhaps this is a wait and see question.

The ship's public areas were very chilly all the time.
It was also quite cold in the ice show venue.

My local TA is quite good. One advantage is that she knows all the details about travel insurance. She helped us immensely when a medical situation required our leaving the ship. We had a much easier time with her help.

We are looking forward to our cruise!

We had to leave a cruise in Grand Turk for my husband to go to the ER. The hospital is very new and is run by the Canadian health care system. The doctor was from Belgium and was very qualified and professional. We were quite surprised with the care he received. We left the same day and flew home. The port agent was quite good to us too.
Hope for a good outcome.

Thanks so much!

We booked very late and got the last Jr suite available. It is on deck nine next to the elevator up front. It is also next to the atrium. Will there be noise from the atrium? I think the deck five atrium is where the noise might originate. Also, I know there will be some noise from the elevator but was just wondering about the atrium. Thanks.

What about Jr suites? Thanks.

We are sailing from Galveston on April 24, 2016, Caribbean, first sailing from Galveston for us!

Do not put your cell phone on a table at an outdoor restaurant. Watch out for dishonest cabbies too. We usually ride the bus or subway to avoid them altogether.
The police are supposedly crooked too. Do not know about that.

We enjoyed the art tour very much. We booked it online before we boarded and it was already sold out when the cruise began. There was a nice bus for transport. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the good wishes! Hoping for a wonderful cruise.

When we were on the Zaandam in July, we were not happy with the simple menu options. I do not know why HAL would offer fewer choices on gala night. This does not make sense. One would think that the menu should be more elaborate.

I did book a while ago for our Jan. cruise. One factor might be that our small ship is the only one there that day. Not sure. Good luck!

I am going next month with Estancia Excursions. Have you tried them? They get good reviews on Trip Advisor. They prefer British Pounds for payment. Good luck!

We are flying into Buenos Aires on Jan. 9, will be there for 4 days before boarding a ship for 2 weeks, returning to BA before flying home on the 28th. I think we will need to show this paperwork when we arrive at the airport. Do we need to carry other copies with us while we are traveling? Thanks.

I will take care of this tomorrow!

Thanks for the information. I will take care of this soon.

I will be arriving in Buenos Aires on Jan. 9, 2016. When should I pay our 160 dollar pp reciprocity fee? I understand no one has a crystal ball, but should I wait a couple of weeks to see if the new incoming president might change this requirement? How long does it take for this transaction? Is it an instant thing that is done when you pay for it or is there a wait involved? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I hope to decide soon.

I am a bit confused. Are you referring to the Melia Buenos Aires with the address on Reconquista? I am wondering about the Melia Recoleta near the cemetery. Thanks.
-
I have done a lot of research here and on Trip Advisor. I am considering staying at this hotel in January. Anyone stayed at the Melia Recoleta lately? Thanks.

In January do we need a heavy coat in Port Stanley? Thanks.

We were in Denali in August. There is a lot of difference in the accommodations there. There is a rather new lodge and different locations of the buildings. That might be one place that your room is based on your ship stateroom category. We did not do the meal plan and spent much less money than the cost of the package. In Denali we walked over to the Princess complex for dinner at the Base Camp. It is much more popular and there is a nice view. Restaurants in the HAL lodge were not nearly as popular at dinner time.
April 2017, Saturday Night Fever or a different show?
