Keep in mind that it can get VERY busy on sea days.
-
I clear my browsing history two or three times a day.
I can get on the Princess website, but for the life of me, cannot find if there are any emails on my upcoming cruise. I did get one awhile back but it is useless now. With the newest website, I cannot find them. Nothing new for me though. Can't even find the Captain's Circle.
-
Thanks for your enjoyable review.:)
-
I think this may be your roll call. You may want to click on Last Page when you get there and introduce yourself and ask the questions.
-
Then I don't see a problem with that at all. :):)

Can one take a bottle of wine they paid corkage fee for (from home) to Vines? Thanks.
I am not sure. My question is though, why would you want to take your own wine to Vines? Not being snarky, just wondering.:)

A completely unused old card MAY be exchanged for a new ships card I did not get any luck with the Coffee counter but phoned the Head of food and beverage and he actually visited my cabin with the exchange card That way I got free coffee and tea as well If in doubt leave him a note and see what luck you have OR he may be at the meet and greet:D:D
Thanks for the tip. I will do that.:)

We are 11:30 people too. Never had a problem.:):) Usually sail right through.:D

Yes, the engineer said Arison would refuse to pay for any cost overruns and instead would remove things such as the midship stairs being finished for passenger usage...or the twin glass dueling pianos originally shown in Crooners.
Now I know why his net worth is 7.2Billion.:eek:

While I agree that Tipping is a matter of personal tastes! We firmly believe in it!
After all, those who provide us with good service and are tipped, look forward to serving you again and again. This is especially true of the waiter / waitress in the lounges, if you are pleasant to them. I remember one young lady from Argentina; she made a bee-line when we came into the Piazza area. She even knew what drinks we wanted by the second day. Her eyes light-up & there is always a quick "Thank You!" & she stuck it in her pocket, because I left the auto-tip on the bill. :)
We go on PCL cruises to be pampered and believe that you get what you pay for and if you treat them with respect. Relax and enjoy, after all you are on a cruise!
My wife use to say that I tipped too much, but after 53 years, she has learned that we usually get good service and like me, she enjoys being pampered, so I do my best! ;)
Just Mike
Mike, I agree with you. :) We had a wonderful young woman on our Royal cruise at Bellini Bar. We went almost daily before dinner and by day 3 she knew exactly what we wanted. She also checked before ordering, just in case.
I know some folks think tipping Stewart /ess ahead of time is a bribe. We don't feel that way at all. :):)

Good news. I wonder if they will do the same for the Regal.:)
-
We usually tip about $20 in CASH!!!!!!:):)
Sometimes more.

I don't know if this thought would be costly, but what about dropping off your bags, and grabbing a cab back to Total & Publix. You could "split" the chores and perhaps the cabbie would give you a break on the fare if you ask him to wait.
Check this link. You could possibly call the day before and tell them you want to pick up XXXX around 11:00am on your day of arrival in FL. Sunday store hours start at Noon. Now you can both shop at Publix. :D

Thanks for the fantastic "live from" Have a great trip home.:):)

On our last cruise, I bought a coffee card and unbeknownst to hubby, he also bought one. So I put mine away and planned on using it this time around. Mine was put away as the person selling them did not write down the info on the back.
I hope it will be honored.:)

Personally, I wouldn't chance it.

If we stay onboard, we usually go to the International Café in the morning and enjoy Deck 17 after lunch on the Royal or Regal. It is a wonderful open area for enjoying the outside.:)
It is also a good time to check your emails, etc. at the Internet Café.:D
Just bring a book and relax. -
We love our May/June cruise. We did a b2b from Vancouver. The weather was wonderful on the way to Whittier but rainy and foggy on the return to Vancouver.
You did not mention what ship. We were on the Sapphire and had a Caribe balcony which was wonderful.:) I believe it was C710.
-
When we were on the Royal, Bellini's was our favorite place to meet with our friends before dinner. The drinks were very good.:)
-
Sorry the Internet connection is not the greatest on the ship and I haven't been able to get back on until now. Needed to save my minutes for check out and flight check ins..
Sorry you didn't get the wallet back. What a pain to go through.
Thanks for the tip on the mustard drill and someone saying hold up the life jackets to make more room. Very interesting. That is a possibility that it did happen there. Never had that said before.:(
-
Loving the pictures you posted. Looking forward to the rest of what you have once you are home and settled in.
Thanks:):)

The filet at the Bayou Cafe or at a Crown Grill on other ships is our favorite meal on a cruise. The last time I dined at the Bayou Cafe, I could get a lobster tail with my filet for $5 more. It was twice the size of the lobster tail served in the main dining room.
Now you are talking. Right up my alley adding the lobster tail.:D:D

TA all the way. Sometimes if I come across something on Princess.com and it is a Sunday or late in the evening, I just put a hold on that cruise and then turn it over to my TA.:)
