We have used Aqua class many times and never had this problem. Unfortunately we weren’t alone as we spoke to several other couples, all with the same opinion. With regards to the menu, we also found it to be much reduced and some poor dishes, ( anyone like octopus? ).
For the first time in 12 years cruising Celebrity ( Elite Plus ) we didn’t book another cruise onboard. Quite sad, but things need to improve.
I love octopus and order it whenever I can in Blu!

Was on the Harmony this past December. There wasn’t any sign up in advance. Ppl showed up and waited on a line until their turn. Some were couples, some paired up. Losers left the court and another pair went in. Sometimes winners wanted a break and they left the court. System worked perfectly.

Tilapia are bottom feeders. If the area where they are farmed are provided with “good food”, the tilapia is great. However, tilapia eat their poop and others poops from the sea floor.

Cafe promenade has espresso based drinks and you can use diamond drink.
or you can go to diamond lounge and get a latte and add some of the hot chocolate packet. There may have been mocha option listed on the coffee machine but not sure. There isn’t an option to get espresso drinks in Central Park cafe. I was on the Symphony this past December.

Can only use OBC from a TA when onboard. That is because the TA puts the money on your shipboard account so cant “pre use”.

I did a tour to Egypt including the Nile River cruise but not with Viking. I can comment though on the areas where the ships dock. The areas felt safe to me when I was at the ports during the day. However, Egyptians do not run along a street. You will really stand out as an oddity. Also, some areas were crowded and not sure how you could navigate around everyone enjoying their day along the River as well as vendors.
You out didn't mention if you are male or female. Running attire for ladies definitely NOT appropriate in Egypt, even touristy places like Luxor and Aswan.
All the men I remember seeing wear slacks and shirts, no atheletic wear.
