    I'm new to NCL - how do the dining packages work? I usually cruise on HAL - very different

    it completely disappeared when covid hit - NO cases reported - it was all Covid - my comment was sarcastic for sure had the same issue with the flu

    thanks so much for the info -- we are Holland folks and this sounds very similar except the holland bag isn't flimsy - you can stuff lots of things in those bags for sure - well worth the price and convience

    Well I guess this will be very different - Traveling on NCL because of itinerary - We are HAL fans - We will not pay for dinners - drink costs sound reasonable - We have a busy itinerary so not much free time to open $$ on things

    It is my understanding that if you pre book those things - they do not count as on board spending - Just wait till you get on unless you have to have a certain excursion - never had a problem booking on board

    I think it doesn't matter - I usually go early - at least you'll be at the port if they make you wait - 8th cruise - even since covid they let us on whenever - can't promise though

    but 2 steaks in the MDR is ok? which will increase the cost of a cruise over time - so the people that want/need 2 entrees should pay for them IMHO

    you certainly have - there are many of them - CNSJ perfectly said !!! Try asking for 2 appetizers for the price of one at ANY restaurant- LOL people want something for nothing toooo often LOL

    club Orange is subjective - I'm not paying more money for 'better' service- When I am on vacation and someone is waiting on me- the service has to be pretty bad for me to complain

    Well Im not paying for Orange club just to get a 'nicer' bag LOL. I have 2 of the cheap plastic ones and love them so that works. I'll ask for slippers and see what happens - I've had to ask in the past and gotten them. Again- thanks all - boarding in about 3 weeks

    more questions - those of you that have sailed within the last 6 months - did you get a free HAL bag as a souvenir ? just curious - also - did you get slippers - I love the slippers as a memento

    coffee flavor is Totally subjective - I like HAL coffee - but I do not claim to be a coffee pro - I like bring your own if its not good enough - there will always be things not 'good enough' flexible is what is needed on any cruise at any time
