  1. For the record, I did download the app to my tablet (it wouldn't load onto my phone - it wasn't compatible with the newer version of Android on my phone). Total waste of time. The app isn't intuitive and the Herald is buried under a series of other tabs. In the end we used the paper copy for everything.
  2. Thanks to everyone who responded. I did speak w/Seabourn's air dept. but they said they don't help w/anything post-cruise. I suspect that onboard the only offers will be for excursions, which we totally don't want. I guess we'll try to speak w/some hotels directly.
  3. This is our 1st Seabourn cruise. We're disembarking in Lisbon and have a very late flight, so we're planning to spend the day in town. According to Seabourn's call center, they don't offer any kind of luggage storage after we disembark - does anyone know anything different? In the past when we've had a late flight we just hung out in a hotel lobby, but this time we want to ditch our bags. Thank you.
  4. I hesitate to download apps to my devices and haven't had good experiences when I've downloaded cruise apps. Is Seabourn's app useful for anything I couldn't get otherwise?

  6. Can anyone tell me whether Ovation has self-service laundry rooms? The website has conflicting information. If not, what laundry services do they offer? Thank you.
  7. I know the materials say all gratuities are included but what's the actual situation? Do passengers feel obligated to still tip, like waitstaff and house keeping?
  8. We're going to be on the Splendor in Dec. I have very sensitive skin and can't abide scented washing detergent. I'd love to hear from anyone who's used the public washing machines and can tell me whether they use scented detergent. We can always bring our own, if necessary. Thank you.
