Can you please clarify what you mean by "for fee" restaurants. I have SDP and the Platinum status. We typically prefer to dine at Cagney's, Ocean Blue and Teppenyaki. Although we may try Food Republic on our next cruise. Didn't realize that it's better to book certain ones first.

My family is taking my MIL on a NYE cruise out of New Orleans....her first trip since her husband passed away. She spent past 2-3 years taking care of her bed-ridden husband so now my husband wants to spoil her as much as possible on this vacation. We booked the Haven but beyond the perks and spoiling that comes along with the Haven, what advice do any of you have to make sure we "take" great care of her!

I thought I remembered that you can't take food either on or off the ship, not sure if one or both. But my son has to have sugary snacks on him at all times. So I was wondering who was the best person to discuss this with prior to sailing.

We have cruised many times so we are familiar with many of the ins/outs of cruising. But this is our first time sailing with my son who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Does anyone have some tips, things to not forget or need to mention to NCL before sailing? Thanks!
