Your homemade pasta looks divine! My older son's girlfriend has a dairy allergy (different from lactose intolerance, which my younger son's wife has), so when they visit I have to be very careful what I serve to eat. However, eggs are not dairy (even though you buy them in the dairy aisle). -
So, does that make them thrice baked? 🙂 Actually, I love them so much that I'd take them baked four times, but I don't know what that's called.
