Is the self-service laundry open 24/7?

A few questions about the Dining Packages on Azamara - do we have to wait for embarkation day to book these? Also, say we purchase a 3 night package - are we required to make our reservations at that time and pick the venue or can we wait until we check out the venues and see what nights the special activities are? I don't like to plan too far ahead and prefer to wait to see how the day goes if at all possible. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I've booked a couple - one in Barcelona and the Caves in Palma de Majorca. Most of the others weren't very interesting. We will also purchase the unlimited internet package and upgrade to ultimate beverage package (from premium), as well as 3 night specialty dining as soon as we board. I'm thinking perfume and the spa might be good options to spend the rest. Oh such a difficult "problem" to have. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Sailing for the first time on Azamara in October - sailed Celebrity many times. Now that Azamara is no longer under the same ownership, the stateroom upgrade was the one loyalty benefit that did not transfer. Elite = Discover on Azamara and the loyalty discounts were actually better than on X. '
