I just went on the app to look at what’s available to book for our b2b in Oct ‘25.  Our second cruise shows up and I’m able to look at excursions, etc, but when I click on “select a different cruise” the first one just shows the res# and our names and when I click on it I get a message saying something like they’re working on it. (This has happened for several days now) I went on the website and it says I have one cruise coming up (the second one).  I added the first and it said it may take 15 minutes to show up.  It’s been over an hour and I’ve logged off and on the app and website several times but nothing has changed.  I called Royal and the person I spoke with assured me both cruises show up on her end.  She recommended logging out and back in, etc so I did it again but still it doesn’t show up. 🤷‍♀️

We cruised as diamond for the first time last month.  9 nights.  We got 4 water bottles in the room first day (maybe quantity depends on length of cruise?) and after a few days a plate with 3 miniature cupcakes.  We’ve gotten chocolate covered strawberries and a plate of cookies on a cruise before we turned diamond (pre Covid). There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

  3. We just got off Jewel and didn’t even meet our steward till day 3. We just weren’t around a lot so he would just clean sometime in the morning.  We are like loman in that we keep things neat and I fixed the bedding in the morning. We only asked for wine glasses which he brought.  He did leave us extra towels.  He said if everyone was like us he’d be out of a job 😂.  Everyone’s needs are different.  You need to figure out what works for you!

My husband and I are taking a repositioning cruise in November out of Cape Liberty.  The cruise ends in SJU and we’ll be flying back to Hartford.  We would like to rent a car to drive to NJ.  Avis has a location at 180 E 22nd St in Bayonne, not far from the port.  Has anyone dropped a car off there and how did you get to the port?  The # for the local office there is impossible to reach and corporate Avis says there is no shuttle.  Any help is much appreciated!

I knew I was nearing final payment but when I went into my reservation on Royal’s site, I couldn’t find an invoice anywhere.  You used to be able to see what dining you requested, other preferences, as well as what you’d paid and when final was due.  I had to go into make a payment before I saw a date.  Is there no where in my reservation now that I can see these details?  I know I could look on the invoice emailed to me when I made the original deposit but that took some time to find.
