I was on the Getaway last month and while Biosteel was listed on the menu there was none on board the ship. There were no other options available.

Good afternoon! Wondering if anyone has experience trying to get a Voyager Club status match through the Canadian site? I applied online for the match at the beginning of September and I didn't hear anything. I have since sent 3 emails all which have gone unanswered. I am currently on hold with the Voyager Club going on 1.5 hours and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me? I am going on the Seashore in 2.5 weeks. Thanks in advance for anyone that can provide me any tips!
