Voyager Club Status Match - Canada

Good afternoon!

Wondering if anyone has experience trying to get a Voyager Club status match through the Canadian site? I applied online for the match at the beginning of September and I didn't hear anything. I have since sent 3 emails all which have gone unanswered. I am currently on hold with the Voyager Club going on 1.5 hours and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me? I am going on the Seashore in 2.5 weeks. Thanks in advance for anyone that can provide me any tips!

Tip: Go to the German website and status match it via their form. The German officed matched my status within 1 day. I don't see any reason why a canadian customer can't upload the hotel status via the German form.

I got status match on the US site within a day.
