  1. Some interesting responses there!

We have also been looking at NCL as a possibility for our Europe cruise, as we would like to cruise in 2015. Just waiting to see if more Europe itineraries are going to be loaded onto the NCL.com website. We would like a Barcelona-Barcelona itinerary, with Venice etc. But an itinerary like that is with Celebrity (which is only showing up to October 2014) and costs more.

We are from Australia and airfares to Europe are expensive, but we have been to Europe once (last year) and would love to go again...and do a cruise in 2015. So saving money wherever possible is a bonus. So, going with a cruiseline like NCL (or Carnival) would be great!!

Anyway, we aren't looking at booking a cruise until early next year... we will look at our options again then.

    Thanks again! :)

  2. Thanks for the response. I am trying to see what shops/malls are close to the port and are worth going to. Will have a look at Queen Ka'ahumanu Center, thanks for the suggestion! :D

Hope you had a great trip and enjoyed Australia. :)

  3. Thanks again for the great advice!

It is the Grand Princess that does this itinerary.

We are looking at going to Disneyland as well. We like hot or warm weather. I read it can get cold in LA/Anaheim in November, hence looking at October!

We would go earlier but there are no 7-10 days sailings from LA in August/September.

  4. Hello, my partner and I did a Mexican Rivera cruise with Carnival in 2011 which went to Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta & loved it so much we wanna do it again next year.

I see Princess has sailings that goes to the above ports as well as San Diego, La Paz and Loreto. We are looking at going October 2014. Is this a good time to go cruising, especially to Mexico?

We had a balcony cabin last time and would like to have one again this time. Was thinking of splurging on an AFT balcony - any cabin # that you recommend or don't recommend?

    Thank you! :D

  5. Awesome price drop. :D

We are booked on POA in February. Would love a balcony cabin....but prices have continued to increase since booking in April. A balcony is now an extra 600pp.

Just had a quick look and notice November sailings on POA have dropped significantly & December sailings have started dropping. Would it be fair to say prices start going down a month to 1.5 months prior to sailing?? If so, will keep an eye on prices for our cruise and ask for a cabin category change!

    Thank you!
