Hot, no breeze, no roof, no real partitions between you and the neighbors and depending on the design of the particular ship, you get trash from above.

I had a small fan taken on the Glory by ships security after we were under way. They called me to the "naughty" room to get my bag since I always lock my checked bags. I complained to guest service as fans are allowed according to the web site. They sent me one of their company owned fans to use for the duration. The one they brought was exactly like the one they took from me. A cheap $10 Wal-Mart fan. Go figure.
The funny part is the security officer was holding two of my rum runners in his hand as he explained I couldn't have the fan and never said a word about the rum runners.

I'm in a suite. Is there any reason to buy FTTF?

Funny how in all these "banning" stories it's always the owner/managers fault for having some sort of "complex". It's never the fault of poorly behaved customer.

Make a regular chocolate cake and take it out of the oven before it's done. ta-da.:)

I guess I don't understand why a person with a broken leg or whatever can't wait in line just like everybody else? If you're in such bad physical condition as to preclude your ability to wait in line you're going to have a real problem trying to jump in a life boat if necessary.

I just read the Carnival contract on their FAQ page and can find no indication that anythikng is prohibited other than alcohol, weapons, drugs and live animals. So where are bikes and such listed as prohibited?
-
Personally I would have gone further up the chain.
We own a mobility scooter that folds and fits into a suit case have had no issues.
People can also bring golf clubs and they are bulkier than a folded bike in a case.
Sorry but I just would not have settled without exhausting every possible person in authority.
I thought I read that golf clubs were prohibited. Are they allowed?

OK, I don't seem to be able to find these rooms on any deck plan or in any booking search. Can somebody help me out?

And when all those folks on the top deck either intentionally or accidently throw stuff over the rail it lands on your aft balcony. We had beer cans, cig butts, cups of iced drinks and chewing tobacco spit on ours. Never an aft balcony for us ever again.

We did chef's table the night after lobster night on our last cruise and the chef told us that someone had eaten 22 lobster tails.
Gotta be some kind of record if true.

If you enjoy standing in line for an hour to get into a 150 seat comedy club or 600 seat Liquid Lounge only to be turned away, you'll have a great time. If you don't mind spending 2 hours to have a cold meal in the main dining room you'll be in good shape. If you have no plans to use the pool you're in luck. If you've never been on another ship you probably won't know the difference. If you're already booked you'll have to make the best of it. If you're not then I'd pick another ship.
