It was on the weekend and pcc didn't pickup.  Wanted to make the upgrade change b/4 rates changed.  Maybe I need a new pcc.

I don't understand why you wouldn't do it regardless of what that person told you. It requires no more effort or time on your part than the phone call you had already made.

 

By the way, if you haven't figured this out on your own yet there's a high percentage NCL customer service reps who are less than competent. It could have been your lucky day to get one of them on the phone.

Agree with everything you said.  This rep just didn't want to do it.  Will call pcc tomarrow and see what he does.

Have not rec'd the above mentioned email and when called to upgrade, told the NCL agent bout this and he laughed and said not to worry.  Have 3 future cruises booked, first one in 4 weeks.  Just saying.

Ditto for our 10/19 cruise.

Is Barry back on the Sky? He left for vacation early Oct.  Short vacation.

Just off the phone with NCL to upgrade my 12/9/19 Pearl res.  Middle names on passport but none on res., he said not to worry.  Everything in order.

Drink tax while in port only pennies. Nothing to worry about.

First time seen this cruise was when we booked the 10/19/19 sailing.

Ncl ships are using F & G . Not much traffic.

Our experience with Teppanyaki not good.  Food overcooked and covered with salt.

Been ordering the lamb at both Le bistro and Cagneys.  Always been excellent, something never get at home. Has anyone enjoyed the oysters rockafeller.?

As a youth we siphoned  gasoline,  if recall the gasoline tasted better.

Been doing this on the Sky most of this year.  If carrying bags off, just look at camera and right out to the street.  No custom agents.
