Anyone know if The Pride offers seating for 10 people at one table? We have added 2 more guests to our trip, and want to link our reservations. I don't want them to feel like outcasts, and don't really want to split up the group. Thanks everyone!

Thanks to all for such prompt reply. I know that they don't hold these "deals" too long. Guess I will think on it tonight.the cabin just looks so much bigger, and we are traveling with a group of 10 , most inside cabins, so I thought that it might be a nice place to invite folks for drinks and to relax together. This was the reason I considered it. I'm just not familiar with the pricing. Thanks again!

Just been offered upsell from regular balcony on Pride to 7301 premium balcony for extra $340. Is that a good deal to anyone? I never figured I would be called.

Thanks for your speedy reply Nunuc2000. Thats's what I hoped. Actually, I never have paid attention to the ship dry dock schedule before. I have never been disappointed in any of my cruises.

Considering booking the Pride from Baltimore for August 2014. Is this a bad idea since the ship is going to dry dock in the fall? I was thinking that things might not be as well cared for, or that the crew wouldn't be as interested in service. Maybe they're thinking of their new assignments?

Yay!!!! The article mentioned Caribbean ports. Perhaps some 10 and 11 day cruises are in the future. I am so thrilled. We love sailing from Norfolk !

We are sailing Carnival. Thanks for the reply. I guess I will just put some cash on the card for him. I know you need a card to get off and back on the ship at the ports.

I'll be traveling with someone who has no credit card, and won't put any cash on a sign and sail. He says he will not spend anything on the cruise. Can he still board the ship?

I mailed mine through post office about 10 days ago and have heard nothing yet. Also it doesn't show up on my druse documents page. Does snail mail still work for anyone else?

Crossing my fingers for a few Norfolk sailings...

Several years ago there were several cruise lines sailing from Norfolk. Celebrity, RC, Holland, and Carnival. Wonder why so few now? It seems shorter to sail from Norfolk to the Caribbean or the Bahamas. I really miss all those ships. I wonder why they moved? Norfolk built a beautiful cruise center mostly used for events like meetings and weddings now.
