  1. So far we have been able to fly from Tucson to a hub with SS Air. With Door to Door no Blacklane Limo to pick us up in Tucson, even though it's well within the 50 mile radius . They did give us a credit to purchase transportation.
  2. We love the planning of our cruises together. After that, DH wants to know, where, when and how much๐Ÿค‘. He has been extremely pleased with SS Air. I too stay on top of the arrangements. Flight Itinerary and Airlines. If I see something I am not happy with, I look for better options. SS Air has been excellent "so far" in accommodating the better flights I have found. Again I remind you, I chose to go with a SS TA. Should our experience with SS Air on future cruises be negative, we will reassess our plans. With constant airlines and global changes, you have to hope SS knows best. If not, there are plenty of great new alternatives. But....We love our SS crew members and being spoiled by them.   11. Our experience with SS Air has also been quite good. We would not fly any other way the craziness in travel at this time. We have been booking Door to Door so if there is are any issues we know Silversea will make things right. Unfortunately we fly out of Tucson. Lovely airport but far from a HUB. We expect a stop or two. Never had a direct flight anywhere in years. Maybe some day. We feel in good hands with SS Air and a great SS agent. I absolutely agree with you.   13. That's what I thought. First short leg Tucson to San Francisco put us in Economy. No biggie but still disappointed. Reading all the " rules", SS can basically do anything they want. We have had our flights for many months. I don't want to be a pain in the A..about a short flight. So far all the others are fine.

  16. Our super SS agent got them to me months ago. I will always book through him now. Whenever I have a question, he gets an answer for me. BUT....you have to ask the questions.

  22. We booked the Nova 14 months ago. Lisbon to Lisbon this October 16th. It's a long wait but I am sure it will be well worth it. I can't wait to see actual photos of the interiors. Do you think they will have all new menus or the same as the other SS ships we have been on? Elaine ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  23. We have had a great experience with Silversea Air. Gave us our preferred flight over the one they gave us originally. Our TA is fantastic, no problem with communications between him and SSAir.
  24. We are interested in the Cigar lounge too. What information were you given. The illustration looked really nice.
