  1. That is good to know. I thought maybe we got a discount as a suite guest or past guest or something.
  2. Right now, a 3 day pass (our cruise is only 3 days) for unlimited access to the thermal suite is showing as $59pp. I really only want a 2 day pass, but for some reason those are showing as not for sale in the online portal. My question is, once we get onboard, will the thermal suite pass price be cheaper? I have heard they run specials. We are Platinum Level for C&A, and are staying in a GS, which puts us at the "Star" level onboard. Thanks in advance for replies.
  3. That’s probably what will happen. I’m going to try to find an out of the way corner and see if I can do it. Stay tuned.
  4. I’m planning on bringing some small cigars on board and then trying to smoke them in the casino. They are smaller enough where people may think they are some kind of cigarette. I will let you know how it goes.
  5. Well, tomorrow will mark seven days so we shall see. Where did you smoke cigars on allure?
  6. That’s interesting. We have always contacted them a few weeks before our sailing, well in advance of them sending out their “welcome email”, and have gotten a response.
  7. Thank you for your reply. Yes, those are the two addresses I used.
  8. We are sailing on Allure next week, and are staying in a Grand Suite. It will be our 5th wedding anniversary, and first vacation together without our twin toddlers 🙂 I am been trying to reach the Allure Suite Concierges, Nadja and Cecilia, via email for the last couple of weeks to make some advanced reservations for us. I have not received any responses, and am getting a bit anxious. In the past, the suite concierge always responded at least 2 weeks before our cruise to confirm that our reservation requests had been taken care of, or at least to say they would work on ir. We try to have everything set before we board, that way we care not rushing around, and can enjoy our cruise as soon as we board. Now, I understand they are very busy dealing with current onbaord suite guests, but with our cruise a week away, I thought I would have heard something by now. Any advice on how to reach them other than email? TIA.
  9. I think I’ll buy it now while it’s 50% off. I have a $250 obc from my Royal CC rewards. I’ll buy it with the royal CC, then covert those points to an OBC. Then I can cash out all of my OBC’s (credit card reward and TA) once onboard.
  10. Thank you! Assuming the email is the standard “AL_DiamondConcierge@rccl.com”
  11. That’s true, but once it does it will bring my account back up? For example, I spend $250 and it goes on my account, but the my OBC kicks in for $250 and brings my account back down to $0.
  12. Wow, I had no idea. Counting the OBC I got from redeeming my RCI credit card rewards points, and our TA OBC, I will have $510 in OBC’s. My thought was to wait onboard and purchase the deluxe beverage package with it. After using the OBCs, it should come out to around $90 total for a 3 night cruise on Allure - I think my math is correct on that?
  13. Hi CC - Can anyone who has recently been on an Allure of the Seas 3 or 4 night sailing please tell me the per person cost of the Deluxe Beverage Package? Thank you!
  14. Hi CC Family! - Can anyone tell me the name of the current Diamond Concierge on Allure of the Seas? My apologies if this has already been posted. I looked on the forum, but could not find it. Thank you in advance!
  15. Because we are not planning to schlep up to the suite lounge bar every time we want a drink, just to get a free drink.
  16. Yes. I have an OBC from my TA that won't hit my account until I board. Want to use it toward the beverage package purchase.
  17. As the title says, can I purchase the deluxe beverage package be purchased at suite lounge bar? Or do I need to go to a public area bar? Sailing Allure in a couple of weeks. Thank you in advance.
  18. That is good to know. Maybe we will forgo it. We are staying in a grand suite, but from what I can tell that does not get us spa access.
  19. I am considering buying two (one for each of us) thermal suite passes for our upcoming cruise on Allure of the Seas. If we purchase them, do we have access to the thermal suite all day (meaning we can come and go as we please)? Or, do we need to pick a specific time each day to use it? TIA.
  20. Thank you to you both. We will now be going there earlier, at 10 AM!
  21. We are sailing on Allure of the Seas on Dec. 15 out of Port Canaveral. We are staying in a 1 bedroom Grand Suite. Our arrival time is 1:00 PM. With suite guests, I heard that you can arrive an hour earlier than this assigned time. We are Sky class, and it says "Flexible Arrival Boarding & Priority Departure". Is this true? I seem to remember last time I cruised, which was on Mariner of the Seas out of Port Everglades, we arrived at around 11 AM and were allowed to board immediately, even though it was a few hours before our assigned time. Perhaps this is because we were in a Grand Suite. Anyway, we plan on arriving at 11 AM, as we need to be out of our hotel by 10 AM.
  22. What sailing are you going on? We are going Dec. 15.
  23. When was the last time any RCI ships had a midnight buffet? I think I remember going to one on the Explorer of the Seas back in 2014. That was the last time I can recall seeing one.
