Do 1 BR Grand Suites still get a physical copy of the Cruise Compass? We are sailing a 3 night on Allure in December, and having a physical copy of the Cruise Compass is a must for us.

Does anyone have any photos of the bar inside the Amber theater on Allure? I looked online, but cannot fund any. Can anyone tell me where in the theater it is located? Thanks in advance!

That’s good to know. Thank you. I’ve noticed on some of the newer ships on other lines they have been putting full bars inside speciality restaurants, which you can sit at and eat. Wondering if Royal is going to start doing something similar in the future?

That must be what they are referring to. Instead of “Rising Tide Bar” they likely tagged the location as “Canopy Bar”. I appreciate your response!

As the title says, where on the Allure of the Seas is the Canopy Bar? I’ve seen a few posts, and even a photo of it, but I’ve never heard of it. Nor can I find it on deck plans.

Hi CC Friends - We are going on Allure in December, and I was wondering if anyone knew if any of the specialty restaurants have a physical bar in them? I am referring to an actual physical bar that you can sit/stand at, not just being able to order drinks from a server who comes to your table. My thoughts are that none of them do, but I figured I would ask here.

No, and hopefully they don't add it. It's very gimmicky, and you will go once, get a drink, say meh, and then go to a real bar. I wouldn't have as much of an issue with it if they weren't replacing an actual bar/restaurant with real people to add a robot bar with no atmosphere. And the kicker is that they usually remove the champaign bar, which many people love.

Wondering if all Allure of the Seas 1 Bedroom Grand Suite Balconies are the same size, or are there "one offs" that are slightly bigger than others? I know the 2 bedroom GS, and other other suites have bigger balconies.

Those who have sailed on Allure within the past year and had access to the Suite Sun Deck, how was it? Is there a bar up there? Waiters coming around taking drink orders?

Saw a video on YouTube today that said some 1 bedroom grand suite balconies on Allure are bigger than others, but it didn’t specify which staterooms this might be. Can anyone confirm and provide more details?

Looking at booking a 1 Bedroom GS on Allure of the Seas. I have watched a few tours of this cabin on YouTube. I noticed that some have two full-size loungers on the balcony, while others have two seat style loungers with a table. My question is, is there anyway to tell which 1 Bedroom GS’s will have which balcony set up? And more importantly, are all one bedroom GS balconies the same size, or are there a few with bigger balconies? If so, which ones? Thank you in advance!

I am helping my friend plan a cruise for this upcoming April. They have their time frame picked out, and want Grand Turk to be one of the stops. That narrows their cruise down to the ships Freedom, Sunrise, and Magic. He wants an aft facing suite. He likes this because on his most recent cruise (my bachelor party on RCCL Mariner of the Seas), we had a 2 bedroom grand suite, which was at the very back of the ship, overlooking the wake. However, I don't think Carnival has aft suites on Freedom, Sunshine, and Magic. Am I correct? If I am wrong, please advise. Thank you!
