  1. The gratuity is charged to passengers who book under US T&Cs. If you booked under UK T&Cs, you will not be charged the gratuity. I believe passengers booking under the EU T&Cs are also not charged the gratuity.

I was sure it was included. ( we are UK) But some conflicting information on here confused me. Now it's clear why. Thanks

  2. We booked the premium seats in the balcony looking down at the theatre. It was $10 more but we thought the view was great and the show was fantastic as was the meal. Interesting to hear what others thought on the floor level though.

  3. Honestly I'm not that bothered. And i certainly wouldn't be going to the impersonation route. If my friends friend was willing to sell them then that's up to her as I said they are not MY vouchers so the price is not my problem. If she wants to sell them and needs my help I'm fine with that. Either that or they'll expire. Shame tho.

  4. To be clear, it's not ×2, ×3 etc. It's one additional point per night for each of these types of booking situations, up to 4 points per night. (Someone is going to see your message and go "hey why didn't I get 3 times the points for my suite?" It's just one additional point.)

Yes your spot on its one point per condition, up to a max of four. Didn't mean to confuse.

  5. Thank you, so I'll get double points, pity I don't get 4x for booking 18 months out.:o:D

1 point per night x2 for advance booking x3 for suites and x4 for latitude special cruises. :)

  6. Yes I thought as much the T&C states the can be transferred but the problem is they expire October 17 and i won't be able to use them before this date! Shame i never knew about them b4 hand! At least we know now and maybe can get them to someone else before they Expire. thanks!

  7. Hello all, We are booked to hit the Escape next May, I used my Cruise Next $250 pre paid voucher (purchased on our last Cruise) to secure the Trip. NOW my friend has informed me she has two Cruise Reward vouchers ($500) and wants to give me them as they will not be used, they were gave to her by another friend as a gift!? Are they any good to me? can I redeem them in any fashion? an upgrade perhaps?

  8. We were on the Emerald a few weeks ago, and did room service breakfast every morning. They were very prompt, but we did notice as the week went on that we received fewer and fewer of what we had asked for - to the point where on the final two days we had two pats of butter and two strawberry jams for four croissants - and no fruit, despite it being ordered. Can't beat enjoying a cup of hot tea and a croissant on the balcony while gazing over the ocean or a beautiful port, though.

Did you pay the room service charge for hot items? I so was it fine? We would do this rather than fight our way through the garden cafe if it was decent. £7.95 is a small price for a full breakie on our balcony!

  9. As others have said you can add on another SDP to reduce your costs. If you don't do that and you do reserve before you board, then book restaurants with a flat fee first and a la carte restaurants after so you're not charged (or charged less) at the time of booking.

Now i'm more confused:( , The FAQ clearly states that Cagneys is under the umbrella of SDP, but people here are stating it is a la carte. If we go to cagney's are my options limited?
