  1. Last night we were rocking pretty good. Nothing crazy but noticeable. Wind was howling. It’s currently overcast and drizzled for a couple minutes this morning. Temp is nice mid 70’s with a good breeze. Hopefully weather cooperates for the catamaran excursion.
  2. Yes, St Maarten is the last stop on Friday Thank you for the recommendation! cheers 🍻
  3. @Hoopster95 Don’t mind at all. Please jump in and add anything you think folks will find helpful. I agree with your thoughts on getting deeper into these ports to get the most out of them. If you enjoy a nice day in the ship with a bit less people around, go for it. Luckily I’m not big on rum punch but I’ll warn DW on that front! Thx for the heads up.
  4. Moving on to tomorrow, St. Lucia, We have the West Coast Catamaran Cruise excursion. It’s an early morning meeting time of 7:30am. 😳 Probably should cut tonight a bit short so that wake up isn’t so painful. We shall see how that goes.
  5. I did get an explanation on the port taxes refund. Luckily there is no port cancellation planned. It was just an adjustment probably because I booked this cruise quite awhile in advance.
  6. Izumi was great. I guess i was so hungry I forgot to take any pics. They wouldn’t have been any different than you’ve already seen before anyway.
  7. Great question, I fall in the middle somewhere. I wouldn’t seek out a cruise with these 2 ports but I would NOT shy away from them either. If the other ports are to your liking and or both of T&T are on it then go for it.
  8. Here’s some Vintages pics. Lighting was not cooperating here as I was attempting to grab pics before people showed up.
  9. Fantastic right! A real gem or … Jewel should we say 🤣 Im going to hell 🤣🤣
  10. Since we’re talking about alcohol, I got a chuckle out of this “liquor license” sign. Anyone who knows sorta - calligraphy can sell liquor in Tobago. LOL
  11. Wires got crossed … that was yesterday in Trinidad on the Blue beer. Still check Barbados too but they seemed to push Banks over everything
  12. Yah many of them taste the same but they all will tell you .. “this is the best beer made in the caribbean” … sure I’ll take 2 cheers 🍻
  13. Cheers 🍻 I had the blue in Barbados too. I like it more than the light Carib. Probably b/c it has more alcohol 😆
  14. If you like port intensive itineraries it’s gotta be high on the list. If not, make your least favorite port a sea day. problem solved!
  15. Anyone who stops here is going to have to check on my feathered friends. There is a BBQ pit going pretty strong where we got the beers. My theory is the local feathered friends are all on the menu eventually.. 😂 Run Cluckles Run!!
