Just called Princess and they said the gratuities are pre paid, but gives you an option to cancel. Why would anyone do that? She also said that they made some changes to the website. Go figure.

Really odd. It says paid in light gray, yet beside each one it says cancel in red? I booked a few 3 for 3 promotions and they do not have that option? I will call on Monday.

We did the 3 for 3 promotion with paid gratuities.

When going on my personalizer and looking up pre-paid gratuities, it shows paid and then Cancel next to each of us in red. Anyone know what that means?

If you want to get off the ship day of debarkation and then get back on, how does that work? Is it pretty easy? Do you have to go through immigration? How is getting back on? We are meeting our son for lunch in LA and then getting back on the ship.

We did a partial transit on the Island a year ago and were very happy. We are doing a full transit B2B on the island in 2 weeks again. I thought the ship was very nice and even doing a 60 days on her to South America. No problems

I booked our Caribbean Cruise as a 20 day cruise. You could book it as 2 10 day cruises. We got 2 mini bar set ups and 2 set of internet minutes. It was treated as 2 cruises even though we booked as one. Worked out great for us.

I was on a B2B in November also, and my internet minutes carried over. We had some left over and thought they would start over, but it would not add new minutes till we used up the remaining minutes.

We decided to not go guarantee and got the same cabin assignment for both cruises. I don't like moving and did not want to take the chance!!!

I know the staff will move everything and they are great. The category we want is sold out or unavailable and therefore have to wait and see. Could not book the same cabin unless we went up a category. We did not want to pay more. We will wait and see.

Has any one done a B2B guarantee. We could not book the same cabin in a b2b. What are the chances we might get the same cabin? The cruises are in August 2018 and already sold out most of the interior cabins.

I book through a TA and never have received an upgrade. The TA gives me a discount, which is much less than booking directly with Princess.

Looking for a nice Hotel not to far from Port. Coming in 2 days early. I can either book through Princess and get transfers to and from airport and hotel. Trying to figure my best option? Is a cab cheaper? Never taken a cruise out of London.
