Somepoeple are writing that it much better to cruise Oceania than Celebrity

So I decided to compare pricing

We are booked on a  16 night TA on the Connie Rome to Tampa , so I compared to a 15 night Oceania Rome to Miami

Celebrity cruise with in a V-1 balcony with Always included is $4200 CAD , for 2, the Oceania cruise is $11,300 CAD for 2

Even if add speciality and premium drink package Celebrity price is 1/2 of Oceania , and Oceania does not include alcohol

so I will be staying with Celebrity

This was from the Beyond recently and I asked for a patty hot off the grill.  I've included a juicy homemade burger so you can see the texture.  X's burgers are so dry, the texture is almost mushy and it just tastes so below average, there's really no flavor and they're very industrial...

From what I gathered on the last two post Covid cruises, full is not the same thing as being at capacity.  I’ve read that bookings were being cut off at 50 to 60% due to fewer crew members available and supply chain issues.  From what I witnessed, their ships have not been at their designed capacity.  Am I wrong about this?

    Maybe

    Hi folks,

Just off Solstice and fell in love with the French Onion Soup (2 a night, 3 on the final night). Rebooked onboard and the ship is Eclipse. Can I expect to soup to be the same? Honestly this soup is a driving reason for booking! Thanks

There's a support group on all Celebrity ships you might be interrested in going to their meetings.Ask at guest sevices where and when the Friends Of Onion Soup meet.

Yesterday was our typical afternoon, evening, and night aboard. Barhopping, conversation, and dinner.

We started at the Sunset Bar. We found a shady spot at the bar, and the weather was perfect. We were there until DW went down to the helipad sailaway where she met @PKB. I stuck around to enjoy the music and weather. However, right after DW left, the music guy very loud and bass-heavy, and the bar became something of a zoo.

I bailed and found myself at the Martini Bar (go figure) where DW rejoined me. We met and chatted with Bill, a fellow who pretty much lives on Celebrity ships. After that, we met Jan and Dean, a couple from Phoenix. Yep, Jan and Dean. 😀

Dinner was lovely, as always, and so was our time at World Class Bar afterwards.

I did try the new rum. The new rum Old Fashioned is made with Bumbu, a banana flavored rum that many enjoy but that isn't my thing. There's another one, though, that's very nice! I've already forgotten the name. 🤣

Was Bill a large man wearing black clothing?

  6. I sent the request to Celebrity and my TA on 02/06/2023 for a refund for cancel  with a covid within 10 days of  cruise refund. I received the refund 02/21/2023. I consider that excellent service fro Celebrity and my TA.
