Was just on the Miracle and received a "customer receipt" every time.

It's a rumor. Had them in January.
We had them in January also. Also got a final bill our last night, some have said they no longer give you a final print out.

Do you have to book a specific cruise or can it be an "open" booking?
Robin
Specific.
-
Cancel Carnival and book independently.
Edit: Wow am I slow or what?
-
Corkscrew if you use one.
Contact lens case if you need one.
Cabin steward will bring you a corkscrew if needed at no charge.

Glad you had a great time.

We were there at about 11 AM and boarded by 12:30

The disco balls are there' date=' sometimes hard to find. They are usually sold at the late night lounges.[/quote']
We got ours on the Miracle Lido deck on our last cruise.

Serenity on Miracle and the other Spirit class ships is a wonderful, place to hang out and there is no charge.
Serenity is for 21+ only, no smoking, and cold sandwiches are available from the bar. One of our favorite aspects if Miracle. (She's still my favorite ship).
It's also a short walk to the Buffet if you'd like something else to eat. Also be aware we missed Kona, a tender port, due to high sea's.

Welcome, enjoy your cruise.

Yes, our friends did this on our last cruise.
-
As long as you all go thru security together it will be OK.
-
I was told the disco ball is only available at the disco bar
On the Miracle we got one from the Serenity area bar.
-
Still had them on the Miracle a month ago.

I love the Splendor! The crew is just so friendly and the ship very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go on her again!
Same here, been a few years but was a great ship and crew.

No problem at all, they are very helpful. My DW often asks for advice from them.

Have had one every cruise. We cruise with our best friends and so can cruise just once a year, coordinating schedules, time off, etc. can be difficult. We spend alot of time on our balconies (one of the reasons we have chosen Carnival so often is they open the balcony dividers so we can all hang out together, have had as many as 5 opened when we brought additional family members) I enjoy coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the sun rise. Also spend alot of time on Lido people watching. After a full day at sea or at port there is nothing better than hanging out on the balcony with friends and enjoying a few drinks and conversation. Well worth the price for us.

Just off the Miracle not to long ago. You can smoke starboard side by the aft pool as well.

We just came off the Miracle last month. We were on her for 15 days and we were getting lost and turned around until about day 12. LOL Most people on here seem to think the Conquest class and Dream class are confusing but I found the Miracle much more so. I think part of the issue for me was that there are basically 2 promenade decks. Very confusing! Once you get the hang of it though it's okay, it just took a while!
I did like the lido deck layout better and I also liked how the comedy club was directly below the show lounge. It made it so easy to go from one show to another quickly.
We were on the same cruise but had been on her once before so were more familiar with her. I would not hesitate to sail on her again but not out of the west coast, we're back to the Carribean for now.

You'll be "gold" at the start of the cruise.
-
Port side. We just returned from this cuise.
-
You're very welcome. And I haven't even gotten to the good part.
I agree, we have only been on her twice, but a great ship and crew. Would love to sail her again but will have to wait till she returns to Florida as we've done west coast enough and miss the Carribean.

I've found if you tip the server a buck for every free drink, they check on you about every five minutes.
Second this. We tipped $1 cash each time and they were back to us often before we needed one. Without the tip it was about every 15 min or so.

We did the Freedom cruise last year with that itinerary and we loved it.I also loved the Freedom ship and staff. That being said I too am looking at the Valor out of Puerto Rico because that has a few islands that I have not yet cruised to.But personally the more days that I am on a cruise the happier I am.
I second this. We have been on the Freedom twice and loved the ship and crew. Looking forward to sailing her again after the 2.0 upgrades. Did the 8 day southern and itinerary was one of the best cruises we've done so far.
How do you choose a room?

Midship, just outside the elevator lobby. Cabins above and below, usually Verendah. And a balcony.
