This link has a list of hotels and resorts that offer day passes.

Thank you. I can't wait to do some more research on these resorts!!

Here is my initial rev of a beverage package evaluator - if you see items that are incorrect/missing, please let me know so I can improve this spreadsheet. All of the soda/water/juice prices are estimates for now, I can't seem to find current actual prices. Hope this is useful!
Thank you. We are doing a 3 day from Vancouver to LA and this is very helpful.

Thank you all for your help. The information that you gave is exactly what I was looking for. My husband was hoping for a couple of IPA's, but not on the current list.

does anybody have a link or the prices of the drink packages on HAL....THANK YOU
We are going on our 1st HAL cruise to Alaska in 2016. The drink package is included in our booking. I would like to know if the fruity and fun alcohol drinks are included in this package. Thanks for your help. Looking forward to trying other CCL lines.

We are considering both ships for a May 2016 Alaskan cruise. I have not cruised with either line yet. What are the pros and cons of each? Any help is appreciated.

Just got an email. Princess is offering a $25 gift card when you purchase $500. Dads & Grads promotion. Haven't gotten an email from Carnival yet.
-
Where?? I can't find the discount.
-
We booked the 13 day on the Sunshine and it has gone up $1000 since then for a balcony room
Sorry this price drop is specific to the Jan. 31st 13 day on the Carnival Miracle.

Our 13 night Mexican Riviera is also round trip.

Thank you all for a great welcome attitude and ship tips!!
Our January 2016 sailing on Carnival puts us into the Platinum category. I guess we will now start earning on another line. I haven't looked up the Princess loyalty levels yet. Lots more cruising to do!!

If you are a Carnival Corp shareholder, you will also be eligible for the shareholder OBC on Princess.
We are CCL shareholders. I submitted our paperwork to the travel agency that booked us. The agent I spoke with didn't think that the shareholder OBC was good on this type of cruise so I also sent the latest shareholder benefit page stating that cruises less than 6 days are eligible for $50 OBC. I should hear back early this coming week.

We are taking our 1st Princess cruise in September. It is a 3 night from Vancouver to Los Angeles aboard the Ruby Princess. We have only ever been on Carnival ships. What are some differences that we might expect? We are looking forward to trying something new!! Still under the CCL umbrella, can't go to far out of our comfort zone. lol

I called Kroger regarding this, and they told me that they are not seeing it on their end, and usually when that happens it's because once it has been used by a certain number of people, they take it down.
So it seems like we're out of luck, unfortunately.
I was given the same response with an apology.

It did work through Saturday. It was pulled off the discount gift card choices.
-
Bummer that they ended it early. Thank you for getting the news out. We did save $80 on our next cruise. Our goal was $200 with the help of family. Maybe it will come around again. We feel lucky to get any savings!!

Save 20% on Carnival gift cards $50 for $40 at KROGER
I just went to Kroger grocery store last night and got $50 worth of Carnival gift cards for only $40. It was easy peasy.
Plus, I think you get 2x fuel points always on gift cards. 100 points = 10cents off per gallon of gas at participating Shell stations. You can earn up to $1 off at Kroger stations (not all stores have fuel stations, you can search for locations on the kroger website). Plus, charge it on a credit card that earns reward points, and it's a triple dipper !! :)
Basically, this is how you get this Carnival gift card deal ...
- Log in to your Kroger acct online kroger.com. If you don't have one, register for one (we didn't have one so I registered).
- Link your Kroger Plus rewards card to your online acct.
- Click on savings > digital coupons near upper left, then search for Carnival in the search bar.
- When it pulls up the $10 off coupon, click Load to Card. (This is a coupon, you don't need to use points or anything to get this).
- Go to your nearest Kroger store and get two Carnival gift cards from the gift card display rack. You must purchase 2 gift cards to get this deal.
- At the register, tell them you want $25 on each gift card, which is the lowest amount allowed for the Carnival gift cards. When they scan your Kroger card, it will automatically ring the $10 off coupon into the register. You can choose higher denominations if you like, but it dilutes your savings (i.e. 50 for 40=20% savings, if you purchased two cards for 50 each, then 100 for 90=10% savings)
- I think this coupon expires 5-16-15, so do this right away. Also, my Kroger did not have a whole lot of Carnival gift cards available in the store. Once they sell out, I doubt they will get more in time to get this deal ??
- This coupon can only be used once per rewards card/account
Note: they do have discounts on other gift cards as well right now ...
$20 Dominos gift card for $16
$5 off two $25 or more Bath & Body Works gift cards ($50 for $45)
$5 off two $25 or more Applebee's gift cards ($50 for $45)
$15 off two $25 or more Groupon gift cards ($50 for $35)
$5 off two $25 or more Michael's gift cards ($50 for $45)
$5 off Yankee Candle gift cards
$5 off one $25 or more Fandango gift card
$10 off two $25 or more Payless gift cards ($50 for $40)
$5 off two Aeropostale gift cards
$10 off two $25 or more Spafinder gift cards ($50 for $40)
$5 off one $25 or more Skype gift card ($25 for $20)
$10 off two Jiffy Lube gift cards totaling $50 or more ($100 for $90)
Unfortunately, I missed out on the 4x fuel points on gift cards special they ran thru Tuesday. I didn't even know before now that Kroger had fuel points. We never have even used ours !
Thank you!! We have Ralph's in So Cal and I just loaded into my phone app for the discount. It worked. I will go pick them up later and ask family to do the same.

You got your wish. They raised the price.

We booked the 13 day Mexican Riviera cruise while we were on a 7 day Mexican Riviera cruise back in January. Today I noticed a significant price drop on our extended balcony fare. Just wanted to put the info out for others to take advantage of. Happy Sailing!
-
It can just as easily go up in price. You just need to know what you feel is a fair price for the itinerary and time of year that you want.

We just got off the Miracle yesterday and had a wonderful time sailing just as it is. 2.0 sounds nice but we loved it just the way it was.

We have booked The Spirit and The Miracle a total of 5 times. I love the Spirit class ship. We are also west coast cruisers and like at least 7 day itineraries.
