  1. Is one token sufficient for an average load to either wash or dry?
  2. Is it worth it to pay $10 to have the medallion mailed to our house? Is it $10'for both medallions or $10 each? How much time does it save going in the Green Line vs. the Blue Line?
  3. Can you still get the milk shakes as part of the five per day D+ drinks?
  4. When the automatic debited tips are taken from your account aren't they going towards the wait staff?
  5. Where do you get tokens other than in the laundry?
  6. Let me ask all of you a question. When they take my daily tip money doesn't that cover my wait staff for dinner? If I eat in the MDR, the buffet or a specialty dining venue shouldn't that be covered? Why then am I being forced to give an additional 18%? It's **** that you get much better service!
  7. Thanks for the good information. We didn't like Wonderland at all. Yes it was unique in the presentation but that was it. We have met people who rave about Wonderland and go back numerous times. We don't get it.
  8. We are steady Royal Caribbean passengers and there are quite a number of times that staff offer discounts on dining. We are going on Island Princess next month and I'm wondering if princess also discounts if they have excess room.
  9. Thank you for all the great advice. I will be thinking of all of you when watching the dryer go round.
  10. Going on Island Princess and never used the laundry. This time we will be on longer and would probably do it once. What are the best times to do it that it isn't crowded?
  11. Brooklynboy, we are sold and will be joining you for the March 15 cruise.
  12. We are contemplating taking a QM2 14 night Caribbean sailing March 15, 2025. We normally book Celebrity and Royal Caribbean and will do everything possible to never sail with large numbers of children again. We love kids but it seems that once a family board a ship they let their children run wild. I know that this is an exaggeration but passengers shouldn't be subjected to unsupervised kids when on a relaxing vacation. We have been on four QM2 crossings and never had problems with kids on these sailings but wanted the opinions of the cruise critic brethren on a March Caribbean sailing. Thank you.
  13. What is the current policy bringing water or soda onboard at embarkation?
  14. What process did you follow for submission?
  15. What are they serving in buffet?
  16. If you order additional pillows or hangers do you have to be in the cabin to receive them or will they leave them?
  17. How does the communication between parties onboard? Is it similar to texting?
  18. On Island Princess what dining room offers embarkation lunch and what are the hours?
  19. As usual, great information from the super people on Cruise Critic.
  20. We are going on a Caribbean cruise in May, and after reading the comments here I have come to the conclusion that I don't need a sport coat or suit and dress pants and dress shirt is sufficient for formal night. And my wife can wear a dress that doesn't need a gown. Am I correct?
  21. Now all they have to do is heat the Oasis pool
  22. We are going on Island Princess. We made reservations for every night for a table for two at 6pm. Are you saying that even though we have this reservation they may not seat us at 6 and they probably won't give us a table for two? Haven't sailed on Princess for a few years so I'm not up to date with the procedures. I was under the impression that we can sit at the same table for two every night in that we had the same reservation for all eleven nights. Am I wrong?
  23. Considering booking Hideaway Beach for Mid-September. It is about $60pp. I am wondering if it is worth paying for it. We love just sitting by the regular pool but the water is always freezing. I heard that the pool in Hideaway is heated. We are very happy with the Snack Shack free food, so I don't know if the food in Hideaway is a draw. So, I ask the experts on Cruise Critic, "Is it worth it"?
