Not sure how staying on the ship will protect you in the just about zero percent chance that an armed gang breaks thru security around labadee. They’re not breaking down the fence to stop at the buffet. 

He should just book a cruise 🤣

Nothing will change until people stop signing up for more cruises. I doubt they even care about the ratings people are giving, all they care about are future bookings. Once those start to drop, maybe they’ll look into why. They are sailing full, there is no incentive to improve the food quality. Plus it drives people to the specialty restaurants, even more profits.

If you’re going to sail on a ship that is geared towards families I’m not sure it really matters since so many people take their kids out of school now days for vacation. When my son was in college their spring break always started the first weekend in March. My daughters college coincides with St Patrick’s Day. When they were younger our school districts spring break always included the last Monday in March. Our neighbor is a teacher in a district where their spring break always starts on Good Friday, so usually early April. So it’s all over the map. We always cruised over spring break. On cruises of 7 days on large ships there were always lots of kids. Cruises on smaller ships or 8 days or more, not so many. YMMV

My February 13th cruise on Harmony disappeared from my cruise planner about 30 days prior to the cruise. They said it was because I hadn’t paid in full, which I did in December. Royal IT strikes again. So as long as it hasn’t disappeared from your cruise planner, you should be good.  

I’ve done the rental car thing also. It isn’t that much more expensive than using a shuttle service. Although with the increase in car rental rates that my no longer be true. It also gives you flexibility if you fly in a day early.

No kidding , even when I try to add a cruise it comes back saying “ can’t find that res # “ even thou I’m looking at the invoice 

Thanks Ken, do you know if Royal has updated their masking protocols for cruises in February yet.? I have a cruise on Harmony Feb 13 that I’m going to cancel and I would rather get a refund than a credit. There’s just to many uncertainties right now.

I can’t access my cruise planner thru the website or the app. Anyone else have this problem? I’m thinking it’s royals IT

See the little button that says “set automatically” switch it to off, problem solved

I believe you can use the Uber app to get an estimate of the fair. That would be the most accurate method. 

Except it doesn’t cost Royal $13 to make a drink, more like a buck each. So unless you drank more than 50 a day they still made money. 

one less thing I need to touch that thousands of people have touched before is a good thing
