Exactly what we are doing on Silhouette this fall. Been there, done that to each port so we are doing a "Spa at Sea" week. Gym time, spa services, pool, sauna, relaxation before the holidays. Cheaper than an actual week at a land spa and much better accommodations. Next cruise however, 3 ports we have not been to so off the ship we go!

Absolutely, we let tablemates and waitstaff know night before if we have made other plans, let waitstaff know that day if we change spur of the minute. Just plain old common courtesy to all

Best cruise ever for us, out running a hurricane for 10days. Second best, 14 days of total rain never got off ship...still in contact with people from those trips

Look how many people already dress WITH recommendations, can you imagine:rolleyes: Doesn't need to be ballgowns and tuxes but should have some guidelines.

And people not researching the cruise line they are looking at enough. There is a line for everyone's view of how they wish their vacation to be. Just spend some time and find one that gives you the most of what you want. We travel a lot, sometimes we go all out on the formal for cruise, tux & gown, the whole deal. Other times, not so much. But we make the effort to match the line with what "vibe" we wish for that particular trip. Sometimes, if I get out of a bathing suit and into a pair of shorts and tee I'm "dressed." LOL.

Yes I am Garsnay, but my husband brings more clothes than I do!

Never have and absolutely no desire to ever do it. I like options, I like clean and I have no intention of doing laundry on my vacation. If I need to pay baggage fees, well, it's just part of my total vacation cost. Porters are there for a reason and I'm glad to help support the local economy, LOL.

Really have searched and haven't found an answer to this one....We received Classic Package when booked, my husband does not drink alcohol. Will it be possible to switch him to premium non alcohol package pre cruise, or on ship?

Iwhenever I use Priceline, always call hotel directly. Ask if any comps and most of time get upgraded. We have tower room for ythis stay,yes, Dec 5th

Thank you. Knew it was a bit older but happy with deal. Pulled out Priceline, started downtown area 4 star at 99, rebid by adding beach area got it. $124.59 with taX and fees. Called hotel directly after confirmation number,told them HHilto Honors number, no points but bumped up to towe room. I promise I'll post about the stay when we get back. Appreciate all the info from everyone here over the years so happy to pay it back.

Just booked Hyatt Pier 66 in FLL for December cruise at $99.00.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites, but could not get reservation for night we needed. Any comments or suggestions regarding Hyatt?

I've done them in the past when we was on road for work 5-6 weeks st s time. Gave up on them....too expensive $250 every 3 weeks and way too much time. Back to strips for me when I need the extra "oomph".
