Hello. As I will, for the first time on any of my cruises, be using a CPAP machine I would be interested to know if Celebrity Cruises charge passengers using a CPAP machine for Distilled water.
No charge. If you’re sailing on an E-class, no need for an extension cord. There is an outlet bedside.

Celebrity does not, not sure about Royal.

We added Club Orange to our 35 day Polynesian cruise. Yesterday we tried to help our friends book this cruise. We were told that Club Orange is sold out. I didn’t know that there was a finite number available. It was a deal breaker for them.

I am just off the Anthem in Star Class (our first time sailing on RCCL). Don’t sweat it. Let your genie handle it. They will plan your dinner’s and show times.
Thanks for the information. We will check it out.

Before your cruise you'll get an email from your genie. They asked what time was our preferred dining times. You may tell them where you would like to eat or they will make a schedule for you with suggestions which you may alter. If you go by their schedule virtually no speciality restaurant will be left out I can tell you! Nor any activity. On Harmony we were asked to make our Izumi Hibachi reservations but on Oasis this was twice done for us.
What ship will you be on?
We’re sailing on the Symphony of the Seas.

We are fortunate to have a Royal Genie on an upcoming cruise. Can we wait until cruise day to make specialty dining reservation, or will it be necessary to book before the cruise.

We’re booked on this cruise for 2025. We book Club Orange, and did all in.

I was able to find out about this cruise on my own. It was sold out. Now there is 1 cabin available.

Here are the reasons we chose HAL. We've been on 32 Celebrity, 1 Viking, and 1 Princess cruise. We thought Viking would be too boring with all the sea days, and on our last cruise on the Venus, the food was just ok. Princess only does this cruise in the fall and spring, we want to go in the dead of winter. HAL seems to do a lot of things right for us, and we got a pretty good price.

Check your email; a message just went out on date changes. Transatlantic now leaves Nov 9.
Just wondering how you found this out. Celebrity is still selling it as leaving Nov. 5th. on their site.

Noticed that our upcoming Apex cruise for November 18th have gone from Celebrity’s web site. It’s also gone for other web sites. I don’t think this cruise can be fully booked as there were many cabins available last week. It could be a charter, but I was wondering if anyone knows specifically why.

We were looking to doing Tahiti and Hawaii round trip from the west coast. We would have preferred to do this cruise with Celebrity, but it isn't offered. HAL does this cruise as a 35 day round trip from San Diego. We don't like flying overseas anymore and the super long flight to the South Pacific is just too much for us. So we will take the long relaxing cruise and enjoy HAL. I really think Celebrity is missing the boat [so to speak] by not offering a cruise like this.

Thanks for all the replies. We were in an Aqua Sky Suite in April, and I liked the thermal spa and used it on all but one of our 7 day cruise. For our upcoming cruise on the Apex we have sunset balcony, and Celebrity is charging 209 dollars for the week. I was just wondering if I should book before the cruise or wait until we get on the ship.

I'm thinking about doing the thermal suite on our up coming Apex cruise. Celebrity states a price o f219 dollars fort a 7 day pass. As we are Elite Plus, would I get a 15% discount. Is it better to book on board or on line ahead of time. Thanks.

OBC
in Viking Ocean
A couple of OBC questions. Will our OBC be used if we pre pay tips? Same question for excursions. We have refundable and non refundable OBC.

While on Beyond several weeks ago, we happened to be sitting on deck 6 of Eden, and I wondered if there was a door to the cabin area. So I looked for one and didn't find one. There is a door for crew only.

Hi all
We'll be taking a NE/Canada cruise in 2024 and we booked an aft sunset veranda cabin. I noticed in our reservation, X calls this cabin a "sunset veranda concierge class". I looked to see what this means, and as far as I can tell, all it really gives us is access to a concierge who can make dinner reservations for us. Did I miss something? There are other things listed but they seem the same as other cabins (mini-fridge with extra charges if you actually drink anything, laundry for extra fee, stuff like that).
I was hoping we would get no fee room service or something useful but I guess not. What is the actual point of "concierge class"?
Thanks for any help.
Now you know why the cabin is still available. Other than welcome aboard lunch and better location, not much to concierge class. I will say, a Sunset balcony for Alaska is the best. Protection from the weather and able to see both sides.

Thanks everyone for your replies. We will be on the Beyond and will adhere to ships policy. We've been in a suite on Edge class and understand the distance factor, but thought that Blu being much closer to the MDR's would make a difference.

When dining at Blu on Edge class ships, can you order from the MDR menu. I'm pretty sure you can, but DW want's it in writing.

Can anyone tell me if there are electric outlets at the bed?
There's one outlet on one side of the bed on E class ships.

Some significant price drops for this sailing for verandas and above. Over 50% drop in sky suite prices versus yesterday.
Sky suite 2 pax room: $2099/pp before taxes & fees.
We're within the final payment deadline so this would be an opportunity for a lower cost direct upgrade for folks currently booked.
Act fast because the prices will likely increase by this afternoon.
I'd like to thank you for posting this. We are a bit late to the game, but were still able to get an Aqua Sky Suite for e decent price.

Hawaii is one place in the world that I would consider doing Norwegian Cruises Line. Their 7 day cruise is spent entirely in the Islands and spend more time at each Island. They are the only cruise line able to do this.

Yes, I reminded Jamie several times that we could have been enjoying ourselves on the Cosol Tour instead of her almost being killed by a horse!
I'm guessing, by your signature, that your first Celebrity cruise may have been on the Galaxy in 2004. Our first was on Galaxy in 2001. Still our favorite Celebrity ship.
