  1. Man, I am really thinking about doing Prima when she does Bermuda again but think it might be too cold in April...
  2. On my last Royal cruise, I was sailing with my best friend. Our accounts were separate. I bought two cruise next certificates. After disembarking, they popped up on my account like normal...but they also popped up on my friends crown and anchor account...so these certificates have both of our names on it. I sail with my husband most of the time, is this going to be a problem when using these certificates?
  3. The only meh thing to me about Dazzles is some of the events they host their in the evenings are not appropriate for that space...ie, battle of the sexes, karaoke finals, etc. I know this is probably the only space they have available for that, but not the best area for it nonetheless.
  4. Yes definitely but I think most people just book the cruise and hardly ever log into that. I am of the internet so I buy as much as I can in advance and am in the know, but I think most people just book cruise and show up haha
  5. You know, I'd probably lose weight or maintain if it wasn't for drinking booze and late night sorrentos pizza haha
  6. should be but dying to go on Prima haha. And yes I know it's a first world problem, I mean this is a vacation/cruise forum...so that should go unsaid.
  7. It was available for everyone...I remember someone asking me if i wanted to buy Chops for lunch on the Promenade. This could be dependent on number of guests who have the key
  8. A lot of Texan's love Dickey's, but I am not one of them. I think there is far better brisket out there haha
  9. Yes exactly...it shouldn't matter so much, but that is so sad they couldn't put it on the Prima. I refuse to believe it's because Sugarcane wasn't a popular venue on other ships. Did you end up finding anything you liked as much?
  10. Kind of in a panic, are you telling me (according to my research) that the mojito bar is not on Prima? How have I missed this...omg Idk if I can sail NCL without a raspberry mojito...
  11. Honestly don't understand people who get fussed about people not dressing up. I mean, don't show up in a bathing suit for obvious reasons, but normally I barely look up from my plate haha 😛
  12. While it probably isn't worth the high price, man it HURTS to order a single drink and have it ring up to 16.00...and then the possibility of you not liking said drink...I get it lol
  13. Rarely saw super dressed up men. IMHO, I wouldn't bring a suit unless it was really important to you. You are fine with wearing jeans every night if that is what you want. What my husband does is bring a pair of dress pants and a couple of nicer shirts and he alternates the shirts and only wears the dress pants to dinner, then back to normal clothes...so those "smart casual" outfits are only worn for a few hours each day, do not get really smelly or smoked out, etc...and it's so much lighter in the checked bag.
  14. I've recently "Re tried" all of Royals dining, on Liberty and Allure. The only place i felt that the food was very good was in the MDR. The variety of "Free" food seemed better on NCL. However, food isn't a huge player in my decision. The biggest reason for me doing NCL is because it's a cruise I'd be paying for, I could go basically any week, vs being restricted to what Casino Royale is offering me...and it's a bright and shiny new ship with that new ship smell lol
  15. awww, you coming to visit me @Ozark_Kid haha! Shame on Sharon for withholding info haha!
  16. It is "Book by Jan 18th" and "sail by May 31"...Honestly last time I sailed with NCL, the agent told me I had used all my pandemic discounts/credits...so I was surprised when I saw this on my account and on my husband's account. I would agree with you about NCL having a better vibe...RCI saving grace is their production shows on the big ships but their bars and restaurants are not very good. Anyhow, just for sake of discussion, I believe Prima would cost me 2500 for 2 people in an inside in the winter with the drinks and such included.
  17. Supposedly I could get on Wonder too (Via a casino comp certificate) but I am sure all cabins are sold out for comps so I haven't asked. I've sailed Oasis but it's a solid no thanks to CATS
  18. Oh you misunderstand haha. It's a 2cent denomination machine, which means each credit played is 2 cents and to play all 50 lines, the min bet is 1.00. But those games bonus A LOT in my experience.
  19. Noooooo this makes me worry! I have this major choice to make...go on RCI for free in the winter OR pay for Prima and use my LAST 25% Off Discount FCC...
  20. I am currently trying to decide if I want to do Allure or Harmony or Symphony in April. I might be able to squeeze in a 5 day on Adventure out of Galveston but it depends on a lot of things...AND I want to go on NCL Prima (holy cow the pricing tho) Decisions, decisions haha!
