Just got this email from Carnival, so it appears we should see them within 10days and maybe not 48 hours (I did the ecard):

The promotion did indeed run through 11:59p.m. on June 16th and the promotional card will be issued separately from the purchased gift cards, within 10 days.

I just posted this on the other thread I've been following as well, but I'm excited that I just got this email from Carnival. It appears we may have to wait 10 days even for the bonus e-cards.
