I really would like smuggler’s cove but am very nervous about the return can from there 🥸

I was interested in going to Brewer’s Bay from the port hut was concerned about a return taxi. I have read it is remote and wondered if it was busy enough for the cab to bother coming back to pick us up? Bonus if you have a recent estimated price.

We are stopping on our Virgin cruise in March. Virgin only offers a handful of excursions and the viable ones for me are sold out. Can someone who has been there recently recommend a beach, beach club, or hotel w day pass that is accessible via taxi.

I would like to hit Brewers or Smuggler's Cove. I am assuming approximately 40 dollars for two people one way. I am worried about being stranded and not being able to find a taxi to return to the port. Do Taxi's hang out in the afternoon for the return trip at both of those beaches? If it helps- we are a Virgin Cruise and there should only be one other ship in port that day. Thanks!
