Return Taxi Reliability

I would like to hit Brewers or Smuggler's Cove.  I am assuming approximately 40 dollars for two people one way.  I am worried about being stranded and not being able to find a taxi to return to the port.  Do Taxi's hang out in the afternoon for the return trip at both of those beaches?  If it helps- we are a Virgin Cruise and there should only be one other ship in port that day. Thanks!

Taxis will pick up in Brewers Bay, your driver will probably suggest a time to watch for him/her.

Smuggler’s has always been less reliable. If there may be more day visitors going there now that would help, we haven’t been in awhile so can’t say.

 

Taxi fare would indeed be $32 and $36/pp roundtrip, respectively…
