There are a couple of companies that offer shared shuttle transfer from IAH to Galveston, they charge about $35 pp each way.

Also if you are considering Newark, look at flights out of LGA or JFK. I found a 6:30am flight out of LGA lands at 9;25am at IAH.

Hobby is the closer, but from the North East you might more selection of nonstop flights to IAH, which is about 70 miles from Galveston.

Go on Delta website, use your confirmation # and see if you can upgrade seat selection. I'm sure there is a fee for upgrade.

I'm new to Celebrity, going on my first cruise on the Apex in February 2023. I purchased the 3 specialty dinner package and when i couldn't make reservations, I called customer service and they advised me that with the discount package I can only reserve once onboard. So I ask them if I wanted to have the interactive dinner at Le petit chef on the 3rd night if I would be able to get that reservation, they said no, that they will tell me what date and what time is available. There is no guarantee that the specialty restaurant I wanted will be available on the 3rd night. I cancelled the package and purchased at regular priced, I was able to select Le petit chef for the 6:30 pm seating on 3rd night of my cruise.

If there is a specific specialty restaurant that you would like to visit, book it now. Once onboard you might have limited availability.

Just be aware that if you purchase any of the dining packages, you get a small discount, but you can't make reservations until you are onboard. If there is a specific specialty restaurant that you would like, its not a 100% that you'll get a reservation. If you pay the regular price you can reserved now.

I emailed my paperwork on June 7, got an email with case number right away. Received OBC on the 15th, no email, just on the app, go to make a payment and you should see OBC.

I feel the same way, my final payment is due in the next 2 weeks. I don't see that offer on my Amex account.

I have 2 amex, Gold and Delta airlines, i can see the 100 offers, nothing on NCL.

Cruise Golpher, is this for a specific NCL Amex or any Amex card?

Since we are talking about insurance, I have a couple of trips lined up in the next 12 months. I rarely purchase insurance when booking my trips or airfare, but with all the stories I've read about travelers, getting sick while on vacation, I am considering getting a yearly policy for my upcoming trips. Can anyone recommend a good company that offers a yearly coverage for medical, trip cancellation/interruption/delays and lost/delayed luggage.
