  1. When looking for rates for 7 people from airport to downtown hotel, from hotel to Pier, and then from Pier to Airport, I found them to have good prices. I am seeing good things about Premier and Seattle Express, but have not been able to find anything about this company. Has anyone used them?
  2. We are taking red eyes back home the day of our cruise also. We have rented a car at the airport for the day. Using this service, we don't even have to check in to get rid of our bags!! Perfect for us. We are arriving a couple days early to enjoy Seattle....never gave 'high crime' a thought. We are traveling with 3 kids. Is this something we should be concerned about? 🤕
  3. We are on the Solstice, so probably the same. Perfect! Thanks
  4. Thanks so much. We finally decided to go for it! They are really excited. Now we just need to pray for negative covid tests for all of us!!!
  5. We are on Celebrity in July to Alaska with 3 grandkids, ages 8,11,13. We have an adjoining cabin for them. I have a question about the doors. So one door to the hallway and then a little foyer and the 2 doors to the cabins? So can you leave both doors open / unlocked at all times, with only the hall door closed and locked? Do all keys open the hall door? Thanks for you help, I want to make sure I have access to them at all times.
  6. I wouldn't get to concerned about bringing dressy/formal attire for evening wear. Unless, of course you choose to. LOL I have been on NCL and Celebrity since we resumed cruising and saw very few people dressing up. Both cruises were to the Caribbean, and I don't recall seeing one single guy in a suit. Some sport coats, but mostly nice pants, short sleeved shirts and Tommy Bahama like shirts. Ladies in skirts, capri and nice pants. I've been to Alaska twice, once on Celebrity and the other time on RC. And most in the dining rooms wore very casual clothes. Mostly jeans to be honest. Although that was quite a few years ago, I am guessing it is still the norm for Alaska.
  7. https://seattleexpress.com/ Seattle Express does not go to downtown hotels. Only airport hotels. We have booked with them for transport from pier to the airport after the cruise. It sounds like they have multiple vans at the pier (every 15 minutes or so) and you just show your confirmation, get in and then head out when the van is full. Has anyone used them? Do they go straight to the airport? Or do they stop at some of the airport hotels for drop off on the way?
  8. They are my favorite aft cabins. Balconies are huge!! Enjoy.
  9. Looking for a good seafood Restaurant on Bainbridge Island for lunch. I have googled and there seems to be a fair amount to choose from. There will be 7 of us with 3 kids (ages 13,11,8). Obviously we need something casual for the kids, but someplace that has good food for us adults. Would like to have an idea of where to go, instead of just checking places out once we get there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  10. We have 3 cabins, 1405,1407, 1409 on the Solstice...aft cabins. Does anyone know if we can have the barriers on the balconies opened across all three cabins?
  11. We are looking to take our 3 grandkids...13, 11, 8 on an Alaska cruise this summer. The only ship I can find that meet our dates and has the itinerary we are looking for is the Celebrity Eclipse. Has anyone taken kids on a Celebrity cruise? We have cruised that line many times, but have never paid much attention to the kids, which were relatively few as we usually cruise during the school year. Will their kids program keep them interested? I don't want them on their electronics the whole time we are on the ship.
