Thank you, both!!!!!:D

Does the Magic have the hard serve ice cream at Ocean Plaza (additional cost), like the Breeze does?
We always enjoyed getting some after dinner.
Thanks!!!!

Following!!! We are on the Magic in June. Cannot wait!!!
We are also struggling with SW airfare. I still haven't booked from Hartford. Waiting patiently for it to come down, but so far, nothing.
We did the ISLIP thing one year, but it sucks coming home after the cruise and having that drive.

We had an extended balcony on the Pride about 5 years ago. They are just "deeper". I don't believe they are any wider than a regular balcony.
I honestly cannot remember how many chairs we had........Sorry.

Welcome back!!! Thanks for the review!!! While we have no plans to sail on the Sunshine, I keep hearing all about this yummy pork belly.
We are on the Magic in June, and they don't have JiJi's..... BUT, Mongolian Wok is my favorite GO TO for lunch!
Will you be posting any pictures?
Thanks again for taking the time to do this.

I keep waiting for this thread to have disappeared from the first page, but, like a bad rash, it's not going anywhere.:'):'):'):')

I did hear, somewhat recently, that you now need to ask for them.
Used to have them in the cabins.
I will ask for one in June, but DH and DD don't use them.
I actually bought one about 5 years ago. Those robes are COMFY!!!!!!:')

Embassy Suites on 17th. They may not advertise on their website, but they have one section of rooms for smoking. (unless this has changed in the past 6 months)
We stayed here last June, and we had a room with one of those little balconies, and I just smoked out there, using a water bottle, half full, as an ashtray. When I wasn't using it, I just screwed the lid on, and kept it on the ground. Wouldn't be able to smoke "IN" the room. Yes, I am a smoker, but smoking rooms STINK.:'):'):')

Why are so many people saying that there is so much movement on Magic lately.
I mean I don't mind some rocking, but everyone is making sound like it's more than that.
We are on the Magic in June.
Thoughts?

Woo Hoo!!!! I've been waiting very patiently for this one......:'):'):')
Ehhhhh, who am I kidding? I've been checking daily since Monday......lol
Cannot wait for you to start.
Welcome back!!!!

I believe she got off Sunday.:cool:
Patiently waiting.......:')

This would be awesome!!!! I only drink fountain soda, so I never purchase Bottomless Bubbles. Only buy sodas in the ports........:'):')

We usually get ours back within a day or two.
It must depend on the person handling them.
Some seem more prompt than others...........
Wouldn't hurt to send it again.........
Good Luck!!!!!

I suspect the swings will eventually be removed due to episodes such as this.
I think this is a bit of an overreaction. Kids, both young and old, will be kids. Live and learn.
Yes, it could have been worse, but a few stitches and he was fine.
And he learned his lesson......

Hi there OP!!! We are on the same cruise!!!!!:'):'):')
From watching the webcam, WEEKLY, :o, I can tell you the Magic pretty much leaves right on time, at 4pm. She is always the first one out.
62 more days!!!!!
See you on the ship!!!!!
-
We stayed on the ship in the Dominican a few years back and enjoyed a basically empty ship.
While there's not many "organized" activities, the ship is pretty much yours.
No lines for food, no looking for chairs, no lines at the bars.........
The pool is pretty much all yours........
It's just a nice quiet day on the ship........
Enjoy!!!!!

They've made their decision and they are not going to change their minds.
They are a family oriented cruise line, hence families mean kids.
If you don't like it, cruise on another line, or cruise when most kids are in school.
They are constantly making changes and people threaten to boycott, but they keep coming back.
The ships are sailing full.

Such an awesome review!!!!!
Thank you!!!!
-
I was going to say, at least on MOST ships, you should be able to access them on the TV in your cabin.
Good Luck!!
-
I think timing is everything. If you are not going over spring break, or any break for that matter, you should be fine.
You may have a bachelor/bachelorette party onboard, but it certainly won't/shouldn't ruin your cruise.
You will find inebriated people on ANY cruise ship.
The smaller ones just seem to have more of a reputation for it.
Go and have fun.

:'):'):'):') You "smuggled" your daughter into Serenity. This could be one of my favorite posts ever!!!!
Something I would do too!!!!
Thanks for the review! Someday we'll get around to the Sunshine.
Any pictures you will be posting?

Not a fan of the long hallway walks.
Last year on Oasis, our cabin was smack in the middle of the two elevators, on Deck 6.
Either way we were screwed.
I am a bit on the "fluffy" side and a tad bit out of shape.
The day that stands out the most was Labadee. In the sun, drinking, swimming, playing, all day.
LONG pier back to the ship.
Get off the elevator and I feel like the room is a MILE away.......Just wanted to crawl.:'):'):');)
AnyHOOOOOOOOOOO, we normally book midship on the normal sized ships.
Oasis is just HUGE!!!!!!! Still had an awesome cruise, though! Would go back in a heartbeat.
-
OP, maybe think about bringing a small fan for the nightstand if you are worried the room will be too warm.
I also agree, there is nothing worse than sleeping in a warm/hot room.......
I just can't .........:')

I've seen a lot of people say that if you don't see it out in the WJ, just ask and they will get it for you.
Good Luck and have a great cruise!!!
