Last December I got my flu jab and my booster in the same arm at the same time. we could choose one arm or both arms but I thought I’d like to keep one arm “good” We Scots are made of strong stuff! Still waiting on dates for this year.

Well I genuinely wish you luck in my home city of Glasgow! We have transport issues at the moment with a shortage of taxi drivers and train drivers. Trains are often cancelled just now I suggest you make sure you have the Uber app downloaded in case you struggle getting a regular cab to take you back to the ship You will also need a Perth taxi for your journey to the castle and I recommend you have that car stay at the castle as you could have a long wait for a car back to Perth A return ticket Glasgow to Perth is almost £20 per head and would not give flexibility to stop at Stirling so I still think a private car would be better both in terms of time and cost. Personally I think you are packing too much in when you are in Glasgow if you take public transport have you thought of a private taxi ? I saw this one advertised and I’m sure there must be others

Really pleased for you that Arlona will be released soon and I love her flags! However as a Scot, I hope you don’t mind if I point out that she has (correctly) painted the Union Jack and not the flag of England - you have of course visited us on your cruise but the country is the United Kingdom

I guess this is where we have to make our own decisions about what we feel is right for us and take the consequences of that - eg restricted travel for a while if we are not “fully vaccinated”

Glad you can get a 4th booster when you are home Garry - here in the UK we can only get a 4th if we are over 75 or are clinically vulnerable. As to where Arlona got it - who knows but if she got it from your steward he/ she would have tested positive before Arlona and you would have had a change of steward Most likely a new passenger or picked up off shore Incidentally what do Viking do as you have opted to stay in your own cabin and not isolate together.
